Observation Of Curative Effect Of JianPiQingHua Method Treating Ulcerative Colitis Of Spleen Deficiency And Heat-damp And TCM Intervene The Immune Function

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect and changes in immune function of treating u1cerative colitis(UC) with the medicine of eliminating damp-heat and invigorate spleen and explore the mechanism of treating ulcerative colitis with these medicine and explore the mechanism from theoretical and clinical aspects.Method:30 cases of UC caused by Spleen Deficiency and Heat-damp were treated by eliminating damp-heat and invigorate spleen.The treatment period was 8 weeks. Observed and statistics the changes of the clinical symptoms, colonoscopy, T cell subsets, immune globulin, Cytokines, C-reactive protein and platelet.Results:(1) Scores of TCM symptom:After treatment, the scores of TCM symptom were decreased significantly, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01).(2)Analysis of the efficacy of TCM symptoms:After treatment, the total effective rate was 93.33%.(3)Scores of Sutherland DAI:15 cases review colonoscopy, comparison the scores of Sutherland DAI before and after treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01).(4)The level of immunoglobulin:Comparison the level of immunoglobulin before and after treatment, IgG, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01); IgA, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01); IgM, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).(5)The level of T cell subsets:Comparison the level of T cell subsets before and after treatment,including CD4+, CD8+, CD4+/CD8+, the difference was not statistically significant (P >0.05).(6)The level of Cytokines:Comparison the level of Cytokines before and after treatment,including IL-2, IL-4,IL-8,TNF-a,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01).(7)The level of C-reactive protein and platelet:Comparison the level of C-reactive protein and platelet before and after treatment,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01).(8)Security Analysis:There were no adverse reactions in the 30 patients after treatment.Conclusion:Spleen dampness heat herbs can effectively relieve symptoms, restoration of intestinal mucosa, regulate humoral immunity, and can effectively reduce inflammation, inhibit platelet activity.
