Objective: Through the study of knee osteoarthritis(KOA)patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty(TKA),the impact of the coronal alignment relationship between the tibia and femur and other factors on the Lysholm score at 3 months after operation was analyzed to find out the impact Related factors of short-term curative effect after TKA.Methods: The patients who were diagnosed as KOA and underwent TKA in the Department of Orthopaedics of Inner Mongolia Forestry General Hospital from November 2020 to October 2022 were collected. After screening by inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria, the patients were divided into two groups according to the Lysholm score at 3 months after operation. The patients with Lysholm score ≥ 65 were included in the satisfactory group, and those with Lysholm score < 65 were included in the unsatisfactory group.SPSS26.0 statistical software was used to analyze the data, and the factors with statistical significance were screened out by univariate analysis. The statistically significant factors in univariate analysis were included in binary Logistic regression analysis to identify the influencing factors of short-term curative effect after TKA.Results: Finally,77 patients were enrolled in this study.According to the Lysholm score at 3 months after operation, the patients were divided into satisfactory group(n=55)and unsatisfactory group(n=22).In univariate analysis, there were significant differences in the displacement distance between tibia and femur in coronal position, body mass index(BMI)and Kellgren-Lawrence(K-L)grade between satisfactory group and unsatisfactory group(P < 0.05).The statistically significant factors in univariate analysis were included in binary Logistic regression analysis. The results showed that the displacement distance between tibia and femur in coronal position and whether BMI was overweight were the influencing factors of short-term curative effect after TKA(P <0.05).Conclusions:(1)The short-term effect after TKA is influenced by the displacement distance between tibia and femur in coronal position and BMI factors.(2)In order to improve the short-term curative effect of TKA in patients with KOA,excessive coronal displacement distance between tibia and femur during operation and reasonable control of BMI before operation should be avoided. |
