Results: 67 patients (85knees) were followed up for 12 to 36 months, average of 19.3 months, the average scores were 34 preoperatively and 89.6 postoperatively, the average rang of motion was 78°preoperatively and 105°postoperatively, the operation effects were excellent in 48 knees, good in 30 knees, normal in 6 knees and poor in 1 knee, the excellent good rate was 91.8%. The patients' pain, joint function, activity, abnormality and stability were improved transparently after operation. All patients had no complications of infection.
