Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of tuina combined with acupuncture kinesitherapy in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation, compare and analyze the relevant clinical indicators before and after treatment,in order to provide a more optimized and effective treatment method for lumbar disc herniation. Methods:A total of 70 patients with lumbar disc herniation who met the standard of inclusion and exclusion were randomly divided into control group and observation group.Among them,35 patients in the control group were treated with tuina therapy, and the other 35 patients in the observation group were treated with acupuncture kinesitherapy on the basis of tuina. Both groups were treated on alternate days,3 times a week for 4 weeks. The total score of JOA scale, the score of each sub-item,VAS score and ODI score were observed before and 4 weeks after treatment, and the data were statistically analyzed.Results:1.The observation group and the control group lost 2 patients each during the study.Finally,66 patients were statisticallyanalyzed.2.Before treatment, there were no significant differences in VAS score, total JOA score,sub-item score and ODI score between the two groups(P>0.05);Intra-group comparison after treatment showed that VAS score and ODI score after treatment were decreased compared with the two groups before treatment, while total and sub-item JOA scores after treatment were increased compared with the two groups before treatment, with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment, the ODI score and VAS score of the control group were higher than those of the observation group, and the total and fractional JOA scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, with statistical differences(P<0.05).3.The total effective rate was 90.91%in the tuina with acupuncture kinesitherapy group and 69.70%in the tuina group, with statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05);The apparent rate of the combined group was 57.58%,and that of the tuina group was 33.33%,with statistical difference(P<0.05).4.During treatment,no adverse reactions occurred, and the safety assessment was grade 1.Conclusion:Tuina combined with acupuncture kinesitherapy in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation has a good clinical effect, can improve the function of the lumbar spine, relieve pain symptoms, has a certain clinical promotion value.
