Observation Of The Effect Of Exercise Combined With Tuina And Cupping On Protrusion Of Lumbar Disc Herniation

This thesis do the research based on the further understanding of treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation(LDH)at home and abroad.Patients in trail group are treated with the combination of excise,Tuina and cupping therapy method;while patients in control group are treated with Tuina and cupping therapy only.52 patients—60patients,who picked as the objects of study and 8 of them are excluded at the last part of the study are finished the treatment.Based on the observation before the treatment and curative effect after the treatment,this thesis is trying to prove that the combination of exercise,Tuina and cupping therapy method has a good curative effect to decrease the relapse of LDH.Purpose of the research: taking the randomized control trail between treatment group and control group,the author observes the clinical effect of the treatment——the combination of exercise,Tuina and cupping therapy to find a handy and helpful treatment and rehabilitation method to cure LDH and to decrease the recurrence rate and to improve the therapeutic schedule of LDH.Method: 60 suitable applicable research objects who suffered from LDH are picked through the according standard.They were randomly divided into trail group and control group with 30 people in each group.As a result of the patient's own cause,8 cases were removed and shed,26 cases in the control group and 26 in the experimental group.The trail group was treated with the combination of excise,Tuina and cupping therapy while the control group was treated with Tuina and cupping therapy and without the help of excise.This paper take the VAS(Visual Analogue Scores)? JOA(Japanese opaedic Association Scores)and RMDQ(Roland-Morris)to evaluate and observe the curative effect before and after the treatment and to analysis the result of treatments.Within three months after the treatment,the patients will be followed up with feedback,and the analysis of the recurrence rate accordingly of each group will be made.Result:26 patients were treated with the treatment method combined the excise,Tuina and cupping therapy;the cure rate is up to 73.08% and the efficient is 96.15%.In comparison,with Tuina and cupping therapy method,the 26 patients in control group,the cure rate is 61.54 and the efficient is 76.92%.According to the feedbackwithin three months,the recurrence rate of trail group is 15.38% and the control group is 34.62%.Conclusion: Conclusion:1.the treatment method combined the excise,Tuina and cupping therapy can increase the cure rate and treatment efficient of LDH and without side effect.This method can decrease the recurrence rate of LDH and has a better effect than the Tuina and cupping therapy without excise.2.Exercise combined with Tuina and cupping therapy is effective in reducing the symptoms of waist and leg pain,improving the quality of life and restoring work ability of patients with lumbar disc herniation.3.The treatment method combined the excise has a better effect than the Tuina and cupping therapy without excise.4.The treatment method combined the excise,Tuina and cupping therapy is featured of simple in operation,light in economic burden and efficient.
