| Objective: To confirm the value and the mechanism of dispersing the liver, adjusting the blood, nourishing yin and calming the nerves through the clinical observation of Premature Ventricular Beats of Coronary Heart Disease for the aged.Methods:60aged patients of Premature Ventricular Beats of Coronary Heart Disease for the aged were divided randomly into two groups.32 cases with Yujin Ningxin decoction were taken as observation group, another 28 cases treated with Wenxin capsule were taken as control group. All patients were treated 8 weeks. Observe the changes of clinical symptoms and laboratory indexes in all the patients before and after treatment.Result: Through the clinical study, we can see that the therapy of Yujin Ningxin decoction could improve the clinical symptoms, which were significantly better than those of the control group. The frequencies of PVB of CHD two groups to treat all has reduces obviously, but the two groups of between have non-significance difference. The observation group to the blood fats, the bast function, the blood stream changes and so on the target changes surpass the control group obviously.Conclusion: Not only the Yujin Ningxin decoction may obviously improve patient's clinical symptom and the dynamic electrocardiogram performance, reduces the frequencies and reduces the serious degree of PVB of CHD, simultaneously has the function of improving the blood fats, the bast functionand the blood stream changes. This experiment has enriched the theory content of Chinese medicine treating PVB of CHD,definitely the clinical curative effect of Yujin Ningxintang. |
