Objective: To explore the theoretical connotation and essence of syndrome theory of repeated syndrome in seven chapters of Luck in Huangdi NeijingResearch methods:1.Method of documentationAccording to the research content, ancient and modern medical literature related to seven articles of yunqi in Huangdi Neijing is selected. The range and version of selected ancient books are determined, and the collected documents are systematically analyzed and sorted out.2.Analysis of inductionAfter extensive collection and reading of relevant materials,in-depth investigation of early literature such as Huangdi Neijing and Mai Jing, combined with the interpretation and analysis of symptoms by later doctors and annotators, the disease groups in the seven great treatises were divided, summarized and summarized,so as to select the repeated syndromes in the seven articles of Luck, and reorganize the data of yunqi science to trace the source of the diseases in the seven articles of yunqi. To explore the disease syndromes of yunqi.3.Syndromic methodsBy analyzing the occurrence, development, and return rules of repeated diseases and syndromes recorded in seven articles of "Suwen" as well as syndrome differentiation methods, this thesis conducts diagnostic researchon the four diagnoses of TCM related syndromes of yunqi science, especially from the perspective of symptom group to explore the internal connection between the occurrence, development of diseases and yunqi. To study yunqi science from the perspective of TCM syndromes,to conduct the study of deduced cause from fruit on the basis of medical symptom manifestations, and to better analyze and understand the complex symptom manifestations and internal pathological pathogenesis under the pattern of luck by using the theoretical content of etiology, disease, disease location and disease tendency.Achievements:This thesis systematically combs the syndrome data of seven chapters of yunqi in Huangdi Neijing, reclassifies the contents of repeated syndromes according to the syndromes of twelve channels and viscera, expounds and analyzes the syndromes under the pattern of related yunqi from the perspective of etiology, disease position, disease and disease tendency, explores the incidence rule of zang viscera under the theory of yunqi, and corrects the deficiencies and errors of relevant comments made by ancient annotators. The background and theoretical intention of the author’s books are traced back to seven major dissertations. Conclusion:The authors of the Seven Theories refer to a large number of ancient medical books,or medical books with great influence at the same time.It can be seen that when the yunqi theory was born, the theory of traditional Chinese medicine had developed completely. The first three chapters of seven chapters on yunqi construct the basic theory of yunqi, while the last four chapters contain a large number of symptoms. Moreover, the data of repeated syndrome were mainly concentrated in the chapters of "The Theory of the Big Change of Qi" and "The Theory of the Big Change of".The Theory of Su Wen · Qi Alternation represents a medical school dominated by the Five Elements School.Suwen · Zhizhen Yaoda represents a medical school dominated by Yin and Yang School. In "Su Wen · Qi Alternation Theory",the incidence law of Zang-fu organs in the five Yun Tai years is as follows: "The age of water is too much" corresponds to the disease of Zang-fu organs communicated with the age of the year and the disease of Zang-fu organs of the son it wins, and the other four patterns of luck are the disease of the Zang-fu organs communicated with the age of the year and the disease of the viscera it wins.In "Su Wen · The Great Theory of Truth",the "Six Qi and the Heaven" are mainly diseases, and the "Six Qi in the spring" are mainly diseases of the fu organs. The six Qi in "Su Wen · The Great Theory of Truth" and the way of suffering diseases in the viscera of the spring are all related to the diseases of the viscera that the Six Qi has suppressed, but not too much to do with the viscera that the Six Qi has passed through.
