| Objective: By collecting medical cases of coronary heart disease treated with classical prescriptions in modern journal literature and analyzing them using data mining methods,we explored the prescription usage patterns of classical prescriptions in the treatment of coronary heart disease and provided references for clinical treatment and research of coronary heart disease.Methods: To search China Knowledge Network and Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform from 1980 to 2021 for the literature on the effective treatment of coronary heart disease with classical prescriptions that met the inclusion and exclusion criteria,and a database of classical prescriptions for coronary heart disease was established in which the statistical functions of Microsoft Excel 2019 were used to study the application of literature statistics,symptoms,prescriptions and drugs.SPSS Statistics 26.0 was used to perform cluster analysis of prescribed high-frequency medications;the Apriori algorithm of SPSS Modeler 18.0 was used to perform association rule analysis of prescribed medications.The statistical function of Microsoft Excel 2019 was used to further analyse the high-frequency prescriptions from “prescriptionsyndrome-medicine” and explore the corresponding patterns.Results:1.A total of 590 literatures and 828 cases were included,involving 84 sutra prescriptions,of which 48 were from the Treatise on Cold Pathogenic Diseases and 36 were from the Synopsis of Golden Chamber.The top 5 most frequently appearing prescriptions in order were Gualou Xiebai Banxia Decoction,Xiaoxianxiong Decoction,Zhishi Xiebai Guizhi Decoction,Xiaochaihu Decoction and Zhigancao decoction;the drugs used ≥40% in order were Banxia,Guizhi,Xiebai,Gualou,Danshen.Traditional Chinese medicine mainly consists of tonifying deficiency,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,reducing phlegm and relieving cough and asthma,regulating qi and relieving surface.The main medicinal flavors are sweet,pungent and bitter.The medicinal properties are mainly warm and peaceful,and the drugs are mostly classified into lung,spleen,heart,stomach and liver meridians.The association rule analysis resulted in 30 groups of drug association combinations,of which the highest support was for XiebaiGualou and the highest confidence was for Banxia-Huangqin-Chaihu,and the visual network display diagram based on the results of the association rule analysis showed that the strongest association was between Gualou,Xiebai and Banxia.Six groups of drug combinations were analysed by clustering the drugs with frequencies ≥100,which were group C1 Chaihu-HuangqinHuanglian-Zhishi;group C2 Honghua-Taoren-Chuanxiong-Chishao-Danggui;group C3 Xiebai-Gualou-Banxia-Chenpi-Yujin-Zhiqiao-Danshen;group C4Fuling-Baizhu-Gancao;group C5 Fuzi-Ganjiang;group C6 Dazao-GanjiangZhigancao-Guizhi-Baishao-Huangqi-Dangshen.2.The analysis of high frequency prescription found that the symptoms of Gualou Xie Bai Banxia Decoction were mainly chest tightness,chest pain,shortness of breath,fatigue,palpitation,poor tolerance,poor sleep,back pain,dizziness,sweating,with the tongue and pulse being mainly dark,greasy and stringent.The main drugs include tonifying medicinals,qiregulating medicinals,blood-activating and stasis-resolving medicinals,exterior-releasing medicinals and heat-clearing medicinals.The main symptoms of Xiaoxianxiong Decoction are chest tightness,chest pain,shortness of breath,palpitation,poor appetite,dry mouth,back pain,fatigue,bitter mouth and poor sleep.There are mainly red tongue,yellow fur and stringent pulse,and the main drugs include blood-activating and stasis-resolving medicinals,tonifying medicinals,qi-regulating medicinals,heat-clearing medicinals,exterior-releasing medicinals,tranquilizing medicinals and hemostatic medicinals.The symptoms of Zhishi Xiebai Guizhi Decoction are mainly chest pain,chest tightness,shortness of breath,palpitation,weakness,back pain,coldness,poor appetite,cold limbs and loose stools,with the tongue and pulse being mainly dark with white fur and sunken pulse.The main drugs include tonifying medicinals,blood-activating and stasis-resolving medicinals,qi-regulating medicinals,heat-clearing medicinals,cough-relieving and asthma-resolving medicinals.The main symptoms of Xiaochaihu Decoction are chest tightness,chest pain,palpitation,shortness of breath,bitter mouth,upset,fatigue,poor appetite,dry mouth and insomnia.The tongue and pulse are mainly dark tongue,white fur and stringent pulse,and the drugs mainly include bloodactivating and stasis-resolving medicinals,tonifying medicinals,qiregulating medicinals,cough-relieving and asthma-resolving medicinals and heat-clearing medicinals.The main symptoms of Zhigancao Decoction are palpitations,chest tightness,chest pain,shortness of breath,weakness,cold limbs,sweating,dry mouth,poor sleep and dizziness,with the tongue and pulse mainly consisting of petechiae on the tongue,white fur and thin pulse.The main drugs include tonifying medicinals,blood-activating and stasis-resolving medicinals,qi-regulating medicinals,cough-relieving and asthma-resolving medicinals and astringent medicinals.Conclusions:1.Modern medical practitioners are paying more and more attention to the use of sutra prescriptions to identify and treat angina pectoris in coronary heart disease,and the clinical results are obvious.2.Modern practitioners use sutra prescriptions to treat coronary heart disease with the main purpose of clearing Yang,dispelling phlegm,warming the middle and nourishing deficiency,supplemented by clearing heat,broadening the chest and resolving Shaoyang,while flexibly combining classical prescriptions,current prescriptions and empirical prescriptions according to different disease mechanisms.3.Modern medical practitioners use sutra formulas to treat coronary artery disease by combining invigorating blood stasis,tonifying deficiency,resolving phlegm,relieving cough and asthma,regulating qi and relieving symptoms,paying attention to factors such as stasis of blood,asthenic disease,phlegm,dampness and qi dysregulation,so as to balance the need to support the righteous and dispel the evil. |
