Women’s and children’s health is the premise and foundation of human development,relation to the development of the country and the future of the nation.Accelerating the development of maternal and child health is of great significance for improving the health of the entire nation,promoting economic development,and building a harmonious society.In the maternity and child health front,maternal and child health hospitals are the absolute main force.The resource allocation,operation level,quality and efficiency of services of maternal and child health hospitals directly affect the national level of maternal and child health.However,at this stage,there are still many problems in China’s maternity and child care hospitals in terms of hospital management,medical technology,capital investment,discipline construction,and personnel training,which is difficult to meet the current high demand for health care among women and children.Especially for the grass-roots public maternity and child care hospitals,it is necessary to draw on the advanced human resource management theories at home and abroad,combined with the current situation and existing problems in the construction of medical personnel in grass-roots public maternity and child care hospitals,and put forward feasible measures for improvement.This article summarizes the current situation of the talent construction of public hospitals in China and the West,and based on the theory of common research,takes Keqiao District Maternal and Child Health Hospital as a case study object,and collects primary data by using field surveys,interviews,and questionnaires.Thoroughly analyze the predicaments encountered by grassroots public maternity and child health hospitals in the construction of medical personnel and the reasons for these predicaments.At present,the main problems encountered by the Keqiao District Maternal and Child Health Hospital are:poor talent introduction,weak talent training,weak subject construction,unattractive pay and benefits,and lack of supervision and feedback on the assessment system.In response to these problems,use the SWOT matrix analysis to propose corresponding improvement measures:carry out all-round cooperation with cooperative medical units,actively apply for special job fairs,build a scientific and reasonable performance evaluation mechanism,and strengthen the ability to attract high-tech talents and backbone forces And strengthen hospital culture.
