The competition among enterprises is ultimately the competition for human resources.For enterprises,a high-quality and high-level human resources team is an effective means to maintain their core competitiveness.Therefore,the construction of talent echelon in enterprises is an important way to provide effective talent support for enterprises to achieve strategic development.Only by making a reasonable strategic plan for the internal talent team and forming a reasonable talent echelon can enterprises realize the orderly succession of internal talents.F Hospital is a private hospital with group nature.With the continuous development of the hospital,the competition among medical institutions has gradually intensified,and the internal and external environment for the survival of private hospitals has gradually deteriorated.After preliminary investigation,it is found that there are some problems in F Hospital,such as insufficient personnel reserve and training in key positions,no one to help new employees,many complaints from employees about the existing performance appraisal system and safeguard measures,and the fault of hospital backbone talents.Studying the causes of these problems and finding ways to avoid this phenomenon has become the primary problem to be solved for the sustained and healthy development of F Hospital.Through research,it is found that there are some problems in the current talent echelon construction in F Hospital,including the lack of standardized design,unreasonable talent structure,lack of systematic talent training mechanism and the need to improve the talent guarantee mechanism in the hospital.At the same time,the problems are analyzed in detail,so as to further reconstruct the talent echelon construction in F Hospital,including optimizing the talent echelon construction system,constructing talent selection based on competency model,constructing scientific talent training mechanism and perfecting the guarantee measures for talent echelon construction.By finding the existing problems in F Hospital and giving the optimization strategy suitable for the development of F Hospital,the reasonable and effective talent echelon construction mode formed by F Hospital from high-level talent pool,middle-level talent pool to grass-roots talent pool can be realized and consolidated.This study found the existing problems in the talent echelon construction of F Hospitals,found the causes of these problems,and put forward optimization measures for F Hospital from the aspects of employment,training and employee security,which provided reference for improving the talent echelon construction of hospitals. |
