Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Multi Subject Participation In Public Health Management In Hanjiang District

Improving the public health system is an important way to improve people’s livelihood and quality of life.Public health management is an important part of China’s government governance system,which is of great significance for maintaining social security and stability and people’s health.At present,China is in the new normal period of transformation and upgrading of economic development mode,transformation of government functions and changes of social structure.The interest objectives among the social pluralistic governance subjects are increasingly independent,the social interest pattern is constantly differentiated,and the contradictions in public health management are increasingly prominent.To improve the level of public health management and effectively solve the frequent public health management problems,it requires the joint participation of the government,communities,enterprises and residents.This paper studies the public health management in Hanjiang District from the perspective of multi subject cooperative governance.First of all,based on the existing theories and literature,take the health management of public places,occupational health employers,and Manila immigration personnel isolation medical observation in Hanjiang District public health management as cases,and grasp the status quo of the participation of multiple subjects in Hanjiang District public health management in combination with questionnaires,observations,interviews,and other ways.By studying the status quo of the participation of multiple subjects in Hanjiang District public health management The problems and the causes of the problems,put forward the optimization strategy of multi subject participation suitable for Hanjiang District public health management.This study found that there are many problems in Hanjiang District’s multi subject participation in public health management,such as insufficient system construction,poor participation environment,lack of joint efforts of multi subjects,and many obstacles in the participation process.The reasons are that the institutional construction of participation lags behind,environmental changes bring challenges,the willingness and ability of multi subject participation are weak,and the participation process lacks definition and design,Therefore,the paper puts forward optimization strategies such as promoting the institutionalization process of multi subject participation in public health management,enhancing the enthusiasm and ability of multi subject participation,enhancing the ability of multi subject to respond to environmental challenges,and improving the process of multi subject participation,hoping to provide reference for the multi subject participation in grass-roots public health management in Hanjiang District and other regions,and also hope to provide reference for the innovation of other social governance models.
