Innovative Research On The Information Collaboration Model Of Multiple Subjects In Public Health Emergencies

The sudden new crown pneumonia epidemic has made the traditional public management process face huge challenges.In order to respond to a series of public crises caused by the epidemic,our scientific decision-making,overall planning,and order maintenance in the process of emergency response to relevant epidemic information have become particularly important,and time,resources,and confidence have become the key elements to defeat the epidemic.It is necessary for the government and other relevant professional departments to take emergency measures and actively respond,and it is necessary to take advantage of modern public governance to promote coordinated prevention and control of the whole society through the flow of information.This article takes public health emergencies as the main research body,detailed the research background and research significance,and deeply defines the multiple subjects of the event.Based on the collaborative governance theory,the information ecology theory and the super network theory,the literature analysis method is used to consult relevant literature.Sort out the themes of the literature and the author’s main opinions,and conduct a quantitative analysis of the existing research results at home and abroad;use the content analysis method to study the contents of the existing research results at home and abroad to further prove the feasibility of the research theme;and based on the public health emergency Particularity,on the basis of existing research,sort out the information coordination elements of public health emergencies,and determine the four levels of information coordination elements for public health emergencies from the perspective of information ecology theory,namely information and information Human,information environment,and information technology finally form an element system based on the theory of information ecology.In order to reduce the subjectivity of experts’ scoring and ensure the objectivity of the data obtained,the fuzzy set theory and the DEMATEL method are combined to identify key elements and introduce super Network theory builds a multi-subject information collaboration network for public health emergencies based on existing research content,innovatively builds a multi-subject information collaboration model for public health emergencies,and then determines the information synergy effect evaluation model and explains related evaluation indicators.Finally,a representative public health emergency is selected,based on the key elements of information collaboration obtained from existing literature research,full text research content,and data analysis,combined with data from typical cases,to prove the correlation between the elements and analyze the existing problems According to the problem,the corresponding optimization strategy is proposed to provide a reference for the subsequent collaborative research on the information of multiple subjects of public health emergencies.In the emergency management of public health emergencies,the flow of information between the participating entities is indispensable.Effective coordination of information,faster information dissemination and more effective information fusion linkage are the key to improving the efficiency of emergency management.Therefore,it is necessary to establish a multi-subject information coordination model for public health emergencies that keeps pace with the times.
