Clinical Observation Of Qingfei Huatan Huoxue Decoction In Treating Acute Exacerbation Of Chronic Bronchitis With Phlegm Heat Stagnation Lung Syndrome

Objective: To observe the overall clinical effect of Qingfei Huatan Huoxue Decoction in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis with phlegm-heat obstructing lung syndrome,changes of TCM syndrome score,changes of chest X-ray and c-reactive protein,neutrophil percentage,changes of laboratory indexes such as white blood cell count,preliminary study on the clinical efficacy and safety of Qingfei Huatan Huoxue Decoction in the treatment of patients with phlegm heat stagnation lung syndrome in acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis,in order to provide some reliable theoretical basis for the clinical application of Qingfei Huatan Huoxue Decoction in the treatment of patients with acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis with phlegm-heat obstructing lung syndrome.Method: A total of 80 patients with phlegm-heat obstructing lung syndrome in acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis were selected from Department of Respiratory Medicine,Nangang Hospital of Heilongjiang Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,grouping by simple random number method,patients diagnosed as acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis with phlegm-heat obstructing lung syndrome were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The control group was treated with conventional therapy of modern medicine,the experimental group was treated with Qingfei Huatan Huoxue Decoction on the basis of conventional treatment of modern medicine,take Qingfei Huatan Huoxue Decoction twice a day,once a bag,they were taken half an hour before breakfast and half an hour after supper,respectively.Both the control group and the experimental group were treated for two weeks.To observe the overall clinical effect of the control group and the experimental group before and after treatment,changes in TCM syndrome score,c-reactive protein,neutrophil percentage,white blood cell count and other laboratory indicators and chest X-ray changes.Collecting data in time during clinical observation,finally,the data were collected and collated,and SPSS26.0 was used for statistical analysis.Results: The control group and the experimental group two groups of patients in the whole clinical observation research process,the experimental group due to patients did not follow the doctor ’ s advice,take the initiative to withdraw from the clinicalobservation study and other reasons fall off,eliminate and terminate 8 cases,the control group due to patients did not follow the doctor ’ s advice,active application to quit the clinical observation study and other reasons fall off,eliminate and terminate 7 cases,a total of 65 patients were actually included in the two groups during the whole clinical observation study,experimental group 32 cases and control group 33 cases.There was no significant difference in gender,age,course of disease and other general information between the control group and the experimental group before treatment(P > 0.05).The specific statistical results of the clinical observation indexes of the control group and the experimental group after two weeks of treatment are as follows :1.Overall clinical therapeutic effect : The experimental group was treated with Qingfei Huatan Huoxue Decoction on the basis of conventional treatment in modern medicine,and the overall effective rate was 93.75 %,the total effective rate was 84.85 % in the control group only treated with conventional modern medicine.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).2.TCM syndrome score : The total score of the control group and the experimental group after treatment was significantly lower than that of the two groups before treatment,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).According to the TCM syndrome scores of the experimental group and the control group before and after treatment,it was found that both groups could significantly improve the symptoms and signs.The scores of wheezing,cough,phlegm,thirst,fullness of chest tightness,dry stool and yellow urine after treatment were compared between groups,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),the clinical treatment effect of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group.After treatment,the sputum volume,lung rales and fever scores were compared between groups P > 0.05,and the difference was not statistically significant.The clinical effect of the control group and the experimental group was similar.3.Chest X-ray : There was statistically significant difference in chest X-ray between the control group and the experimental group before and after treatment(P < 0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in chest X-ray between the control group and the experimental group before treatment(P > 0.05).The difference in chest X-ray between the control group and the experimental group after treatment wasstatistically significant(P < 0.05),and the clinical therapeutic effect of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group.4.Laboratory examination : The laboratory indexes in the control group and the experimental group were statistically significant before and after treatment(P < 0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in neutrophil percentage,c-reactive protein and leukocyte count before treatment(P > 0.05).The differences in neutrophil percentage,c-reactive protein and leukocyte count groups after treatment were statistically significant(P < 0.05),and the clinical therapeutic effect of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group.Conclusions:1.Qingfei Huatan Huoxue Decoction has a good clinical effect in improving most clinical symptoms and signs of patients with acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis.2.Qingfei Huatan Huoxue Decoction has a good clinical therapeutic effect in improving the neutrophil percentage,c-reactive protein and white blood cell count levels in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis with phlegm-heat stagnation of lung syndrome,which can significantly reduce the inflammatory response of patients.3.Qingfei Huatan Huoxue Decoction has a good clinical therapeutic effect in improving the chest X-ray situation of patients with acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis with phlegm-heat stagnation of lung syndrome.
