Study On Long-term Mechanism Of Urban Community In Epidemic Prevention And Control Of Infectious Diseases

In recent years,although China has made positive progress in the prevention and treatment of infectious diseases,the situation is still grim.Traditional infectious disease threats persist,emerging infectious diseases appear constantly,and with the development of urbanization and transportation,population mobility is greatly accelerated,increased the difficulty AIDS prevention and control of large-scale population flow,the floating population tends to be susceptible of infectious diseases,frequent international trade exchanges increased the risk of cross-border spread of infectious diseases,the spread of the virus is more and more fast,For example,the OUTBREAK of COVID-19 in early 2020,which has lasted for three years now,has constituted a "global pandemic",causing serious harm to human health and the economic and social development of all countries.An overview of China’s fight against the epidemic shows that an important institutional reason why China has been able to contain the outbreak is that the existing community-level governance system has played a significant role.Communities,as the basic unit of residents’ life and social governance,are not only the direct target of all kinds of infectious diseases,but also the most basic link of epidemic prevention and response.As the "last kilometer" of epidemic prevention and control,communities have become the "main battlefield" in preventing the spread of the epidemic.Communities have played an important role in joint prevention and control,patient screening,personnel control,health education and other aspects.Community in the epidemic prevention "big test",however,still exposed some short board and the insufficiency,there have been some excessive control problems,such as the community management to take "a",the residents "of a banned","" of a refusal of the migrant population,such as simple and crude,infringed upon the legitimate rights and interests,interfere with the normal life,people,caused the bad social influence.All these phenomena indicate that the epidemic prevention and control system of community infectious diseases in China is not perfect,the level of community emergency response is low,the awareness of community residents to prevent infectious diseases is weak,and the mechanism of health education is missing.This paper selects X community in Jiujiang city to conduct field research on its specific practices in the process of fighting COVID-19,excavating the positive role played by the community in epidemic prevention and control,and at the same time finding out its specific problems in epidemic prevention and control.The main reason is that the long-term mechanism of epidemic prevention and control is not sound.To prevent and control infectious diseases in a scientific and systematic way,relevant measures should be introduced at the national level and top-level design,and a community prevention and control system closely related to People’s Daily life should be established based on the community itself.To be specific,it is necessary to set up a long-term mechanism for community epidemic prevention and control from the following aspects: accelerating the construction of legal system for community epidemic prevention,improving community prevention and control organizations and systems,establishing a joint prevention and control mechanism with multi-party cooperation,and increasing resource input.
