A Study On The Optimization Path Of Epidemic Prevention And Control In Urban Communities Under The Background Of COVID-19 Normalization

As the forefront of epidemic prevention and control in grassroots society,the community is the most effective line of defense against external import and internal spread.If the community defense line is maintained,the channel of the spread of the epidemic can be effectively cut off.Helong City is one of the eight counties(cities)under the jurisdiction of Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture.The special geographical location of Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture determines that it is not only affected by the local epidemic in neighboring provinces such as Heilongjiang and Liaoning,but also threatened by the imported epidemic from Russia,South Korea and Japan.Outbreak of research under the background of normalized Helong H community the optimum path of epidemic prevention and control work,to promote urban community epidemic prevention and control work ability,enhance the outbreak multivariate main body in the work of the collaborative governance ability,is advantageous to the attached to the outside of the cell type,the proliferation of defence at the grassroots level to win the national epidemic prevention and control war,provide important support.In the "disease" Helong H community charge before,and for the first time to carry out emergency management and collaborative community enterprises and institutions,social organizations,property management company,party member volunteers,multiple subject of volunteers for residents to carry out accurate screening and personnel control,for the community residents to provide basic life safeguard and care in my heart,and help the organization for disease control and prevention department community residents new crown vaccine,Nucleic acid testing has played an important role in winning the war against the epidemic.However,there are also some problems and shortcomings in the prevention and control of the epidemic in H community in Helong City,which hinder the smooth development of the epidemic prevention and control work in the community,reduce the efficiency of the epidemic prevention and control work in the community,and bring severe challenges to the prevention and control of the epidemic in the community.By finding out the problems in epidemic prevention and control in H community,analyzing the causes,and putting forward countermeasures and suggestions to optimize epidemic prevention and control in urban communities,it can improve the epidemic prevention and control ability of H community in Helong City,and also provide some inspiration for epidemic prevention work in other urban communities in China.In this study,the current situation of COVID-19 prevention and control in urban communities,existing problems in the prevention and control work of urban communities,and the optimization of the path of epidemic prevention and control in urban communities were firstly reviewed by domestic and foreign scholars to understand the work situation,problems and solutions in the epidemic prevention and control work of urban communities.Secondly,in order to deeply understand the current situation of epidemic prevention and control work in H community in Helong City and find out the problems in epidemic prevention and control work in H community,an interview outline was designed according to the interview purpose,and then in-depth interviews were conducted.Then,the concepts related to COVID-19 normalization,urban community and epidemic prevention and control were defined,the collaborative governance theory was summarized,the model of collaborative governance theory in epidemic prevention and control in urban communities was established,and the application of collaborative governance theory in epidemic prevention and control in H community in Helong City was analyzed.According to the results of interviews,on the basis of the theory of collaborative governance,comb found H community in epidemic prevention and control work has achieved good results,but the community emergency management work is not perfect,through the grid to carry out the screening efficiency is not high,still involved in plural and epidemic prevention work force is insufficient,and then to parse out the cause of these problems.Finally,countermeasures and suggestions were put forward to comprehensively improve the community emergency management capacity,build a modern grid and efficient management system,and improve the efficiency of epidemic prevention and control cooperation.
