| Since the outbreak of novel coronavirus pneumonia,the community as the end of social governance has become an important defense line for external defense and internal defense,and has played an important role in the prevention and control of epidemic.Novel coronavirus pneumonia is a very important problem in the community.In the early stage of the community’s closed loop management,the community’s resilience is not enough.This paper takes the practice of prevention and control of new crown pneumonia in Yixing community,P City,H Province as an example.Through the perspective of resilience theory,we can observe the adaptability,recovery and stability ability and process of community coping with public emergencies,from engineering resilience,organizational toughness,social resilience,and so on.Four dimensions of information resilience were used to evaluate the resilience of communities in the early stage of the epidemic.It is considered that in the process of community response to sudden public health crisis: lack of physical toughness,aging infrastructure,weak overall spatial layout planning,and potential transmission risk of epidemic situation;Lagging Organizational Resilience,imperfect emergency management mechanism,lack of prevention and control subjects and insufficient prevention and control ability;The decline of social resilience,the lack of cultural identity of community members,the lack of cultivation of residents’ autonomy,the low ability of community mobilization,and the inability to form an effective joint force with non-governmental organizations;Information resilience is insufficient,the construction of community information platform lags behind,the means of information collection and processing are traditional,and the efficiency of information use is not high.On this basis,this paper analyzes the dilemma of improving community resilience,and discusses the reasonable suggestions to improve community resilience,in order to improve the risk resistance of urban communities. |
