Study On Community Epidemic Prevention And Control ——A Case Study Of The Covid-19 Epidemic Prevention And Control In Tianjin Community

In early 2020,China covid-19 outbreak occurred in China.In this fight against the epidemic,urban and rural communities have become the first line of defense for epidemic prevention and control and the basic unit closest to the masses.As the key space of "three front operations",the community has played an important role in the examination of China’s epidemic prevention and control.On this basis,taking Tianjin community as an example,this paper analyzes the practice of community epidemic prevention and control in Tianjin.During the outbreak of the epidemic,Tianjin launched the wartime mechanism,continuously improved the epidemic prevention and control mechanism,led by Party construction,coordinated services of multiple subjects and precise prevention and control with scientific and technological support,which made the community prevention and control work in Tianjin proceed smoothly and orderly and effectively reduced the risk of community communication.Tianjin community has made corresponding achievements in the epidemic prevention and control and accumulated prevention and control experience,but many problems have also been found in the actual community epidemic prevention: insufficient professional emergency response capacity of community prevention and control,imperfect community health service system,inadequate participation of multiple subjects in community epidemic prevention,lack of informatization and intelligent application,and many other problems need to be improved.In view of the above problems,the article puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for epidemic prevention and control.First,establish and improve the community emergency management mechanism,improve the operation mechanism of outbreak prevention and control,and refine the emergency management plan;Establish a community governance system with the participation of multiple subjects,strengthen the team of community cadres,optimize the working system of community workers,establish a new model of "red property" and establish a voluntary service guarantee mechanism;In addition,by promoting the application of new technologies,we can create an information-based and intelligent community;We should build a covid-19 community governance pattern,so as to achieve the goal of jointly defeating the new crown pneumonia virus.
