With the rise of new media technology,people can obtain information through a wide variety of personalized channels.The way of information dissemination in the traditional media era has undergone profound changes.People are no longer limited to obtaining information through traditional media such as television and newspapers.,but transferred to Internet platforms such as We Chat,Weibo,and short videos.College students,as the most front-end recipients of emerging technologies,have the most extensive contact with new media.Under the background of the new media era,college students have shown different ways of acquiring information from the past.With the introduction of the "Healthy China" strategy,my country is continuously implementing and implementing health policies,effectively serving the people’s health cause,and striving to improve the people’s health quality.Among the many health problems,the impact of hepatitis B on the society,in terms of breadth and depth,is the "first disease in China" that plagues Chinese people.Among them,the college students are susceptible to hepatitis B.In order to achieve the goal of "hepatitis B big country" and reduce the impact of hepatitis B disease on college students,clinical prevention and control of hepatitis B virus is essential.In order to understand the current status of college students’ awareness of hepatitis B prevention and the way of obtaining health information,and to improve the effect of college students’ hepatitis B prevention and control publicity work in the new media era,this study took college students in Guangxi as the research object,and used a questionnaire survey to explore the health information in the new media era.The effect of access channels on hepatitis B cognition.Through descriptive statistical analysis,independent sample t-test,variance analysis,linear regression and other methods,this paper explores the influence of college students’ access to health information on hepatitis B cognition in the new media era.The study found that students’ majors,residence,environment,and health self-evaluation were correlated with their hepatitis B cognition.Under the same health information acquisition channels,medical students and non-medical students had significant differences in hepatitis B cognition;compared with previous studies The difference is that the threshold for college students to obtain health information through new media is similar,and the hepatitis B cognition of rural students is no longer lower than that of urban students;Know better.Students’ gender,major,and residence are related to their health information acquisition behavior;through clustering,this study divides health information acquisition channels into active question and answer,active social,passive social,and silent acceptance.Channels(encyclopedia websites,Q&A websites,search engines),and active social channels(short videos,Weibo,We Chat,vertical medical and health portals,portal online health editions,online forums,health mobile clients)to obtain health information have been confirmed It has a significant positive impact on hepatitis B cognition.Through the analysis results,it is concluded that some students’ knowledge of hepatitis B virus is incomplete,unsystematic and unbalanced at this stage.Improving the initiative of college students to obtain health information,strengthening the construction of social platforms for obtaining health information,and purifying the interference factors of searching for health information will help college students to increase their awareness of hepatitis B and improve the level of national health.
