Based On Data Mining To Explore The Drug Rule Perimenopausal Abnormal Uterine Bleeding Of Qi And Blood Stasis Type

Objective:Based on data mining to study the medication rules of abnormal uterine bleeding in perimenopausal period(AUB)(Qi deficiency and blood stasis type)The internal compatibility rules of prescriptions were analyzed,and the medication rules of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of perimenopausal AUB of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type were explored to provide a theoretical basis for the clinical medication of perimenopausal AUB of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type,and to provide new ideas for the improvement and development of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions.Methods:Search from February 2010 to December 2021 in China Biomedical Database(CBM),China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang Database(WangFang),China Traditional Chinese Medicine Literature Retrieval System Database(TCM),Chongqing VIP Database(VIP).Major databases record related literatures and journals related to perimenopausal AUB of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,a total of 74 prescriptions were screened out.The data are used in the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary platform system,and the following contents are statistically analyzed:drug frequency,drug efficacy,drug properties,flavor,meridian,prescription rules,and new prescriptions.Results:Among the cases included in this study,64 traditional Chinese medicines were involved,and 9 drugs were used with a frequency of>18 times;they were Angelica,Baishao,Licorice,Codonopsis,Chuanxiong,Atractylodes,Ejiao,Poria,Rehmannia glutinosa;the main types of drug efficacy Concentrating on tonic and invigorating qi,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,and hemostatic drugs;the "four qi" statistics are mostly warm,flat or cold drugs;the "five flavors" statistics are mostly sweet,bitter,and acrid drugs;drugs belong to the meridians Classes mainly enter the liver,spleen,heart,and lung meridians;using association rules and complex system entropy clustering mining methods,commonly used drug pairs are mainly Angelica-Chuanxiong,Angelica-Baishao,Angelica-Dangshen,Angelica-Glycyrrhiza,etc.;clustering The analysis and combination evolved into 3 groups of 4-6 herbal core combinations;based on the complex system entropy aggregation method,4 groups of new prescriptions were obtained.Conclusion:The occurrence of this disease is mostly due to the dysfunction of the kidney,liver,and spleen,and the two pulses of Chong and Ren are not solid.The pathogenesis of this syndrome is qi deficiency and blood stasis.In terms of treatment,the overall clinical principles of drug use are to replenish qi and blood,promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis,solidify and stop bleeding,and add and subtract Siwu Decoction based on the principle of unifying the excavation results and actual theoretical significance.The clinical application of nourishing qi and blood,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,and solidifying and stopping bleeding is appropriate for the treatment of metrorrhagia due to qi deficiency and blood stasis.
