Purpose: Clinical study of rhubarb gauze perianal abscess Postoperative wound healing, comprehensive observation and theory and clinical practice of its mechanism of action of wound healing.Method: In the clinical hospital patients choose the inclusion criteria of perianal abscess of 60 patients, randomly divided into groups and rhubarb gauze nitrofurazone group, each group of patients in each of 30 cases. Respectively for 1, 3, 7, 14 days the wound area to reduce the rate recorded, wound healing time, wound secretions, wound color changes, new epithelial occur, there is no adverse reactions and other comprehensive observation of two sets of results out of rhubarb gauze clinical efficacy and safety.Result: Clinical results show that: the healing time of two groups there was significant difference (p <0.05), in wound secretions, carrion off time, new epithelial tissue occurs, rhubarb gauze group was significantly superior to nitrofurazone group (p <0.05) .Conclusion: Clinical observation did not found any toxic side-effects and adverse reactions, indicating the drug safe and reliable curative effect, has significant anti-inflammatory, promoting healing, prevention of edema and so on. Incision in the one-time basis, with the rhubarb gauze dressing is an effective way to improve clinical efficacy.
