Objective: The purpose of this project is to compare the curative effect difference between Lin Rugao’s manual reduction of calcaneal fracture under general anesthesia and the treatment of lateral L incision with the treatment of lateral L incision alone, observe the influence of TRADITIONAL Chinese bone setting technique on the clinical curative effect of the surgical treatment of calcaneal fracture, and explore new ideas for reducing surgical trauma. Methods:The cases were collected from orthopaedic trauma patients in Fuzhou Second Hospital from January 2020 to December 2021.Inclusion and exclusion criteria were established to screen out 60 cases of calcaneal fracture, which were randomly divided into experimental group and control group(30 cases in each group). After admission, patients in both groups were routinely immobilized by external fixation of the affected foot in plaster, and received the same detumescence, pain relief and functional exercise program.Surgery was performed within 1 week after injury in both groups. After general anesthesia, patients in both groups were treated with radiographic fluoroscopy. After general anesthesia, the experimental group was treated with Lin Rugao’s manual reduction, and the effect of reduction was evaluated according to the X-ray results after manual reduction, and then the lateral L-incision approach was sterilized and internal fixation was performed. The control group received routine disinfection towels after general anesthesia.Bonesetting manipulation by comparing the test group before and after the heel bone every Angle, the change of length, width, height, compared two groups of operation time, intraoperative blood loss, hospitalization days, visual pain VAS score, such as outpatient care guidance function for 3months in a row after rehabilitation exercise, compared two groups of postoperative AOFAS ankle-1-3 month after sufficient functional score difference,To evaluate the difference in clinical efficacy between the two groups of patients with or without traditional Chinese bone-setting manipulation reduction, and the incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups.Results:1.The length of hospital stay, operation time and VAS pain score in experimental group were significantly lower than those in control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05).2.There were statistically significant differences in calcaneus width and length before and after manual reduction in experimental groups(P < 0.05).3.AOFAS ankle-posterior foot function score of the experimental group at the end of the first postoperative month was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups at the end of the second and third postoperative month(P > 0.05).4.There was no significant difference in surgical bleeding between the two groups(P >0.05).5.During the study,3 cases were lost due to the change of operation style.6.2 of the 60 patients showed poor wound healing, including 1 in the experimental group; There was 1 case in the control group, and the other cases had no obvious adverse reactions.7.Both groups had the same postoperative efficacy and achieved good functional recovery. Conclusion:The application of linrugao bone-setting technique reduction after general anesthesia can correct part of the displacement before surgical incision, thus simplifying the intraoperative steps, shortening the operation time, indirectly shortening the average length of hospital stay, and speeding up recovery. Some cases are expected to change the surgical method for minimally invasive treatment after reduction, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
