| Purpose:Through the observation of sub band massage in treatment of calcaneusfracture with postoperative rehabilitation therapy:clinical efficacy, preliminary evaluation band massage for calcaneal fractures postoperative rehabilitation treatment effectiveness and mechanism of action. Methods:According to the study of the diagnosis of inclusion and exclusion criteria,using a randomized, controlled trial method,60cases of Sanders Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Ⅳ type fracture of calcaneus with postoperative rehabilitation case divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was treated by massage bars, was used in the control group treated with Chinese herb fumigation. The observed statistics after treatment of ankle pain, tenderness, function indexes of curative effect analysis. In ninth weeks after operation, using the American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society (AOFAS) ankle and hindfoot score score. Results:According to AOFAS ankle and hindfoot score system score, the treatmentgroup of30foot andllbenign and17:foot, foot, generally2foot,0foot, the excellent and good rate was93.3%; the control group:30foot and3foot, and22foot,3foot,2foot, the excellent and good rate was83.3%. The treatment group in ninth weeks after operation in the ankle function, pain was significantly better than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion:Sub band massage in improving calcaneal fractures recovery offunction and has obvious curative effect, its mechanism may be through the improvement of the calcaneus" flexible structure " function to obtain. |
