Objective To standardize and optimize the intervention measures to the systematic intraoperative accelerated rehabilitation nursing, which are based on the idea of ERAS and applied to inpatients with precise liner resection, providing scientific basis of theory and practice for professional nurses of the operating room.Method Based on synthesizing document retrieval and specialists' consensus, standardize, optimize and implement the intervention measures to the systematic intraoperative accelerated rehabilitation nursing. From March 2017 to June 2017,the clinic material of 93 liver tumor inpatients in the 2nd Department of Hepatobiliany Surgery of a hospital in shandong with three grades.Hospital was randomly divided into two groups comparing with design and research each other. One was the intervention group, the other was comparison group. With different intraoperative nursing measures received by two groups of inpatients, namely the intervention group received the surgical nursing under the idea of ERAS while the comparison group received the traditional surgical nursing. The comparing results were that there were some generality between the two groups but even more differences as well as comparability between the two.Results1.There was no statistically significant difference in the basic data between the two groups(P>0.05).2.The preoperative fasting time of the intervention group(7.72 + 1.96h)was shorter than that in the control group(12.43 + 2.62h).Preoperative abstinence time(3.92 +2.23h)was shorter than that of the control group(7.56 + 1.98h);Preoperative starvation rate(17.78%)was lower than the control group(52.08%).The incidence of thirst(13.33%)was lower than the control group(37.5%).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.After statistical analysis, there were some differences(P<0.05)in fasting and liquid fasting as well;relatively, there was some difference in periodical SAS marking value in a statistical sense(P<0.05).4.All the inpatients' core temperature of the intervention group was higher than that of comparison group(P<0.05).5.There was also some difference between the two in a statistical sense;in respects of anesthesia recovery time, endotracheal intubation time,Steward marking more than 4 marks and so on.Inpatients of the intervention group needed shorter time than the comparison group did, which differently had some comparability(P<0.05).6.After analysis, the incidence rate of vomiting during the recovery between the two groups was not obviously different, but as for the incidence rate EA and shiver, the intervention group was remarkably lower than the comparison group in a statistical sense(P<0.05).7.The targets of postoperative ALT and AST of the intervention group was apparently lower than the comparison group's level of the same period(P<0.05).8.The total complication cases of the intervention group were less than the comparison group(P<0.05),and the incidence rate of postoperative DVT and SSI was also lower than the comparison group(P<0.05).9.The inpatients' hospitalization expenses and time of the comparison group were lower and shorter than those of the comparison group with different comparability(P<0.05).Conclusions1.On the premise of security, the implementation of accelerated rehabilitation nursing to intraoperative inpatients with precise liver resection under the idea of ERAS can reduce the incidence rate of preoperative thirst and hunger, promote the comfortbleness of inpatients.2.Help relieve the preoperative tension and anxiety, promote the tolerance of inpatients' on the whole;3.Maintain the stability of inpatients' core temperature and avoid.the intraoperative incidence of low temperature remarkably.4.Shorten the recovery time after anesthesia and improve the recovery quality in the recovery period.5.Speed up the postoperative process of inpatients' liver function and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.6.Shorten the hospital stays and reduce the medical cost of inpatients actively.
