Innovating Pharmacist Prescription Audit Model To Intervene In The Unreasonable Application Of Clinical Traditional Chinese Medicines

In recent year s,with the continuous improvement of people’s acceptance and recognition of the traditional Chinese medicine culture,traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions are more widely applied in clinical treatment.Three hundred and seven kinds of drug preparations are listed in the relevant regulations of "The National Catalogue of Essential Drugs Issued by the Chinese Government in 2009",of which traditional Chinese medicines account for more than thirty-three percent.It can be seen that traditional Chinese medicines have been developed vigorously.However,due to the lack of sufficient understanding of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions among the vast majority of the public as well as the difference of technical levels among different doctors,traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions are unreasonable in clinical treatment.On the basis of the status,the pharmacist intervention clinical prescription audit model needs to be further improved in order to improve the safety,economy and effectiveness of patients’ medication.The paper is based on the practical research of Henan Provincial Orthopedic Hospital(Luoyang Orthopedic-traumatologic Hospital of Henan Province).The relevant laws,regulations and policies are deeply understood and analyzed by the early review of a lot of literature.It adopts the three-level comment mode of prescription first by taking administrative intervention as a means through continuous exploration,research and practice as well as the HIS system according to the status of clinical medication in the hospital.Intelligent comments are combined with manual comments to promote the standardization and systematization of comments.By comparing the retrospective prescription review results of traditional Chinese medicine pieces,Chinese patent medicine and traditional Chinese medicine injections with the top five usage frequencies in the outpatient and inpatient orders of the hospital from May,2019 to October,2019 and from May,2020 to October,2020,it is found that under the review and intervention of the combination of artificiality and intelligence,the standardization and rationality of the clinical application of various drugs dominated by traditional Chinese medicines are improved.Thereinto,the qualified rate of decoction pieces of traditional Chinese medicines decreases from 23.41%to 5.61%(P<0.05),the unqualified proportion of proprietary Chinese medicines decr eases from 22.50%to7.00%(P<0.05)and the unqualified proportion of traditional Chinese medicine injections decreases from 25.60%to6.35%(P<0.05).It can be seen that under the new comment mode,the qualified rate of various prescriptions in the hospital is significantly improved.Through the active intervention of pharmacists,it ensures the drug safety of patients and improves the rationality of drug use in the hospital at the same time,which reduces the probability of adverse events greatly.
