Objective:To understand the occurrence of adverse reactions(ADR)caused by traditional Chinese medicine injections in our hospital from 2014 to 2017,and provide reference for clinical rational use of traditional Chinese medicine injections.and help the relevant departments of the regulation and countermeasures to strengthen the key monitoring drug management,medical institutions to promote clinical rational drug use,reduce the cost of drug consumption.Methods: A total of 177 Chinese medicine injections reported in our hospital from2014 to 2017 were collected.The Excel form was used to analyze the age,gender composition and clinical manifestations of adverse reactions.Results: Among the 177 ADR reported,There were 94 cases of male reports and 83 cases of female reports,and the ratio of male to female was 1.13:1.The age group over 40 years old accounted for 74.01%.The top 5 drugs were Shuxuening,Acanthopanax Injection,Xueshuantong,Reduning and Danhong Injection,accounting for 67.23% of the total.Clinical manifestations include skin,systemic,digestive system,etc.mainly skin and accessory damage.Conclusion:The ADR of Chinese medicine injection should be treated in a dialectical manner,and the indications and instructions should be strictly controlled to regulate the use of traditional Chinese medicine injections to reduce the proportion of ADR. |
