As the first batch of national pilot cities for the integration of medical care and elderly care,Changsha City encourages grass-roots innovation and exploration in promoting the implementation of the integration of medical care and elderly care,and actively explores various forms of elderly care services.Compared with urban areas,rural areas are relatively backward in all aspects.As the aging problem in rural areas of Changsha City becomes more and more serious,the pressure on old-age care in rural areas is also increasing.In order to solve the problem of old-age care in rural areas of Changsha,this paper selects rural areas of Changsha as the research object,takes the theory of hierarchy of needs,the theory of quasi-public goods supply and the theory of welfare pluralism as the corresponding theoretical basis,and adopts the method of literature research,questionnaire survey,field Interview method and other research methods are used to study the current situation of supply and demand of medical and elderly care services combined with elderly care in rural areas of Changsha City.The first is to define the concepts of traditional old-age care model,medical-nursing integration,and medical-nursing combined old-age care services,and expounds the three research theories on which this article is based.Secondly,it summarizes the current situation of supply and demand of rural medical care and elderly care services in Changsha City based on the development background of rural medical care and elderly care services in Changsha City and the relevant data obtained through field research.In terms of supply,integrated elderly care services have problems such as imperfect grass-roots implementation plans,insufficient medical and elderly care facilities,and lack of professional talents.In terms of demand,there are rural elderly people who lack the concept of combining medical care and elderly care,and the combined elderly care services cannot meet the needs of rural elderly people.And the problem of insufficient effective demand of the elderly in rural areas,and then analyze the reasons for the problem from the two aspects of supply and demand.Finally,for the rural medical and elderly care services in Changsha City,six development strategies are put forward,including strengthening department cooperation,optimizing financing mechanism,strengthening personnel training,strengthening publicity efforts,improving evaluation system,and improving medical insurance system. |
