Exprerimental Study Of The Curative Effect And Mechanism On Kang Xian 6 Treatment Hepatic Fibrosis's Rat

Hepatic fibrosis is the inevitable mediate stage and a process of chr-onic liver disease to cirrhosis. Now, there isn't any effective method tocure the diseases leading to hepatic fibrosis, so to prevent and delay the development of hepatic fibrosis is a very important strategy. In our country, the main three factors leading to fibrosis are virus hepatitis, schistosomiasis, and ethanol.According to the serum epidemiology surveyon virus hepatitis, the Positive rate of HBsAg is 9.75%, approximate 120 million people, in which there are nearly 30 million hepatients, most of them have developed to hepatic fibrosis. The approximate year rate of chronic liver disease to cirrhosis is 2.1%-6%, so the hepatic fibrosis is a kind of common disease which is severely impairing the health of Chinese people, and an effective therapy for hepatic fibrosis is very necessary and exigent.There is no effective special medicine for liver fibrosis treatment, but distinctive effect has been achieved in prevention and treatment of iton Chinese herbs. The compound recipe of Kang Xian 6, which has the effect of strengthening body resistance, promoting blood flow, heat clearing and detoxicating, dehygrosis, is made up by kinds of herbs.We set up the animal model using CCl4 to study the therapeutic mechanismof Kang Xian 6 on rat liver fibrosis and to provide theory evidence forherbs. Objective: To observe the effect and mechanism of Kang Xian 6's treatment on hepatic fibrosis.Methods: The hepatic fibrosis rat was induced by carbon tetrachlor-ide. The experimental objects were divided into five groups: normal group,model group, Fu Fang Danshen Diwan group, Kang Xian 6 high dose group, Kang Xian 6 low dose group. Estate the animal's viscera ratio of avoirdupois, liver function, hepatic guides, hepatic hydroxyproline (Hyp), cholesterol total (TC), triglyceride (TG), and histological changes.Result: Kang Xian 6 can be remarked on improving the liver func-tion and the animals'estate in avoirdupois, decreasing the level of hepatic fibrosis tendency and the level of Hyp, TC, TG, etc.Conclusions: Kang Xian 6 has reliable action in treatment hepatic fibrosis, which might be due to its protection to hepatic cells and regu- lation on them.
