Disscussion Of Curative Effect Of The Treatment Of Phlegm And Blood-Stasis On Children With CVA

Objective:Observe the curative efficacy of the treatment of phlegm and blood-stasis on children with cough variant asthma,and to discuss its Pathogenesis.Methods:This paper is divided into two parts. The first part from the phlegm and blood-stasis discusses Etiology, Pathogenesis and Differential Treatment methods of children with cough variant asthma.Latent phlegm is the root cause and blood-stasis makes it difficult to cure;combination of phlegm and blood-stasis make it recur. It is indicated that children with cough variant asthma should be treated through phlegm and blood-stasis. The rule is expectorant qi Huoxue. The second part discusses the curative efficacy of the treatment of phlegm and blood-stasis on children with cough variant asthma,and compares it with simple oral Singulair control group. 62 children with cough variant asthma patients are randomly divided into two groups. Control group of 26 patients is treated with Singulair. Treatment group of 36 patients with oral Chinese medicine, the rule is stoping couch expectorant qi Huoxue. For four weeks, observing the treatment effect.Results: Clinical effect:The total efficiency of the treatment group is 91.67%,92.31% for the control group and Comparison of the two groups have no significant difference (P>0.05).Effect of Chinese medicine syndrome:The total efficiency of the treatment group is 88.89%,76.92% for the control group and Comparison of the two groups has significant difference (P<0.05).Follow-up situation : The recurrence rate is 8.33% in treatment group,23.08% for the control group,and Comparison of the two groups has significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion:Treatment of phlegm and blood stasis on children with cough variant asthma has a good effect,which can significantly improve clinical symptoms and reduce the recurrence rate.
