Study On TCM Curative Effect Evaluation System Of Phlegm A ND Blood Stasis In Hypertension

Objective: To establish a system for evaluating the efficacy of phlegm and stasis in hypertension by combining the efficacy evaluation indicators of phlegm and stasis in hypertension,and to provide a basis for clinical research.Methods: Using the literature content analysis method,we searched the literature related to phlegm and stasis in hypertension,counted the indicators related to the efficacy evaluation system,screened out the efficacy evaluation indicators of phlegm and stasis in hypertension according to the Delphi method;processed the data according to the experts’ feedback on the questionnaires,and used the combination of saaty scoring method and hierarchical analysis method to organize and summarize the appropriate efficacy evaluation indicators.The evaluation system for the evaluation of the efficacy of phlegm and phlegm stasis in hypertension was completed by using the combination of saaty scoring and hierarchical analysis.Results: The Delphi method was applied to establish the efficacy evaluation system,including 16 macroscopic efficacy indicators,5microscopic efficacy indicators,2 safety indicators,2 patient-reported efficacy indicators,2 treatment outcome and prognosis efficacy indicators,the weights of each indicator were analyzed and assigned,and after data processing by SPSS 26.0,the efficacy evaluation system model of hypertension with phlegm and stasis in the evidence was completed.The evaluation system model was completed.In the clinical validation part,the efficacy of the phlegm-elimination group was better than that of the control group.The Chinese medicine syndrome score,homocysteine(Hcy),low-density lipoprotein(LDL),angiotensin II(ATII),plasma endothelin(ET)and systolic blood pressure levels in the phlegm-elimination group were lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant;the Duchenne Hypertension Quality of Life Scale score and WHO Quality of Survival Scale score were higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant;the differences in diastolic blood pressure,renin and aldosterone levels between the two groups were not statistically significant.Conclusion: The evaluation system for the efficacy of phlegm and stasis in hypertension was constructed by analyzing five aspects: conventional efficacy,macroscopic efficacy,microscopic efficacy,patient-reported efficacy and safety efficacy.It was clinically proven that Phlegm Expelling Stasis Granules could effectively reduce the Chinese medicine evidence score of patients,improve the quality of patients’ survival,improve patients’ systolic blood pressure,and reduce patients’ relevant blood indicators including homocysteine(Hcy),low-density lipoprotein(LDL),angiotensin II(ATII)and plasma endothelin(ET),and no significant liver and kidney damage was seen clinically.
