Objective:Observation of Kangmai soft capsule in the treatment of Takayasu’sarteritis (heat stasis type) clinical curative effect.Methods:According to the diagnostic criteria of TCM and Western Medicine,The observation object is inpatient and outpatient in Peripheral vascular disease department of The First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University Of Chinese Medicine and Tsitsihar Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Chinese medicine is a "paralysis" category, heat stasis type.Time limit from November 2014 to December 2015. Male 14 cases, female 34 cases, age of onset less than 40 years old. According to the order of hospitalization or treatment, check the random number table, Randomly divided into treatment group and control group,24 cases in the treatment group and 24 cases in the control group. The treatment group was treated with oral Kang Mai soft capsule on the basis of basic treatment. The control group was treated with granules of choroidResults:1. The total effective rate of observation group was 95.7%, and the total effective rate of control group was 87.5%, Ridit analysis by P< 0.05, The total effective rate of the two groups was significantly different,After treatment, the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.2.Before and after treatment, the symptoms and signs of the treatment group were significantly different by X2 test.It showed that the traditional Chinese medicine Kang Mai soft capsule has remarkable curative effect in improving the symptoms and signs.Ridit analysis by P< 0.05,there were significant differences in the two groups of individual symptoms and signs. After treatment, the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.3.Treatment group was treated with C reactive protein, erythrocyte sedimentation rate, vascular wall thickness and the degree of stenosis by statistical analysis, P< 0.05, there was significant difference.The research shows that Kang Mai soft capsule has obvious curative effect in the treatment of toxic heat and stasis type of Takayasu arteritisConclusion:Kangmai soft capsule is effective in the treatment of toxic heat and stasis type of Takayasu arteritis,The effect is better than that of Granules of choroid.
