Objective:Apply multiple linear regression to explore the influencing factors of recovery of bladder function in patients with cervical cancer after operation. Methods:Collected the clinical data, treatments and the follow-up information of 74 patients who underwent cervical cancer radical surgery in our hospital, according to the proportion of 4:1,randomly divided the data into exercise group(60 cases)and the test group(14 cases),collect the factors which may affect the recovery of bladder function in patients who underwent cervical cancer radical surgery, use the multiple linear regression analysis to find out the related factors.Than confirmed theirs effect and influence intensity on the recovery of bladder function. Results: In this study, after the analysis of a variety of possible influencing factors of postoperative patients,it was confirmed that the following factors had a significant impact on the recovery of bladder function, including the number of childbirth(≥28W,including natural childbirth and induced labor),duration of surgical anesthesia(h),type of The operation, frequency of transcutaneous low-frequency nerve electrical stimulation, degree of postoperative anxiety, and diabetes. The linear influence of different factors on the recovery of bladder function was calculated(P<0.05),so as to predict the optimal extraction time of the catheter. Conclusion: The duration of indwelling urinary catheter in patients with cervical cancer after radical operation is correlated with the number of births(≥28W,including natural childbirth and induced labor),duration of surgical anesthesia(h),surgical method, frequency of transcutaneous low-frequency nerve electrical stimulation, anxiety level, and presence of diabetes. The regression equation of this study is:The duration of indwelling catheter(days)=-4.112 + diabetes mellitus(yes 1,no 0)*7.295+ labor *1.209+ duration of anesthesia(h)*2.262+ anxiety level*1.977+ surgical level *3.671-times of urination induction treatment*0.547.Other factors: Age and hypertension had no significant effect on the duration of urethral catheter(P>0.05).
