Objective:By applying electro-acupuncture to patients undergoing radical surgery of cervical cancer, four aspects are evaluated from the effectiveness evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine, urodynamics, pelvic floor muscle function test and lower urinary bladder function(Measure du Handicap Urinarie,MHU)evaluation scale to observe and evaluate the effect of acupuncture on the recovery of bladder function in patients after radical operation of cervical cancer, and try to analyze the mechanism in order to find more effective and convenient treatment methods, reduce the incidence of postoperative bladder dysfunction, and improve the postoperative quality of life. Methods:Collect cervical cancer patients hospitalized in Nanjing Maternity and Child Health Care Hospital in July 2018-December 2019.All patients were preoperatively diagnosed with cervical cancer by cervical biopsy.Intraoperative laparoscopic radical cervical cancer surgery(extensive hysterectomy+Pelvic lymph node dissection),preoperative examination to rule out diseases related to abnormal bladder function and evaluate the bladder function with the MHU scale.Thirty-one patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into a control group(16 cases)and a test group(15 cases). Both groups were operated by physicians in the same medical group who were skilled in performing laparoscopic radical surgery for cervical cancer. The postoperative control group was given routine treatment(conventional care+behavior training),and the test group was treated with electro-acupuncture on the basis of the control group(electro-acupuncture for 10 days). In both groups, the catheter was pulled out on the 11th postoperative day,the bladder function MHU scale was evaluated, the urodynamics were checked, and the efficacy of Chinese medicine and Western medicine was judged. The two groups underwent pelvic floor muscle function examination 3 months after the operation, and again evaluated of bladder function MHU scale.Summarize the data obtained, perform statistical analysis with SPSS 26.0,and draw the results for analysis and summary.Result:1.Comparing the judgment of Chinese and Western medical effectiveness between the two groups,it was found that the cure rate of Chinese and Western medicine in the test group was higher than that in the control group, and P<0.05,with statistical difference. It shows that the effect of the test group is better than that of the control group.2.The maximum postoperative urinary flow rate, bladder capacity in urgency, and detrusor maximum contractility of the test group were higher than those of the control group, and the residual urine volume of the bladder was lower than that of the control group. The P values were all<0.05,with statistical differences. The postoperative urinary flow time, average urinary flow rate, urination time, and bladder capacity when starting to feel urinary in the test group were higher than those in the control group, and the P values were all>0.05,with no statistical difference. It showed that from the aspect of urodynamics, acupuncture can improve the bladder function of patients after radical operation for cervical cancer.3.The average value of the pre-rest phase of the test group was lower than that of the control group, and the maximum value of the fast muscle phase and the total score of the pelvic floor muscle were higher than that of the control group, and the P values were all<0.05,with statistical differences. The rise time of the fast muscle phase of the test group was lower than that of the control group, and the recovery time of the fast muscle phase and the average value of the slow muscle phase were higher than that of the control group, but the P values were all>0.05,with no statistical difference. In the comparison of muscle strength, the muscle strength of grade ? and above in the test group was significantly more than that of the control group, and the P value was<0.05,which was statistically different. From the aspect of pelvic floor muscles, the effect of the test group is better than that of the control group.4.There was no significant difference in the evaluation of the MHU scale between the test group and the control group before the operation. The score of the test group was lower than that of the control group at 11 days after the operation. The P value was<0.05,which was statistically different. There was no significant difference in the scores of the test group and the control group at 3 months after surgery, and the P value>0.05,with no statistical difference. The difference between the bladder function scores of the experimental group at 11 days after operation and the preoperative period was less than that of the control group, and the P value was<0.05,which was statistically different. The difference between the bladder function score of the experimental group at 3 months after operation and the preoperative score was lower than that of the control group,P value>0.05,with no statistical difference. It showed that the bladder function of the test group was better than that of the control group at 11 days after surgery, and there was no significant difference in bladder function between the two groups at 3 months after surgery.Conclusion:1.Acupuncture can enhance the contractile force of the bladder detrusor muscle, increase the maximum urine flow rate, reduce the residual urine volume of the bladder, and increase the bladder capacity.2.Acupuncture can improve the muscle tension of the pelvic floor muscles, enhance the muscle strength of the pelvic floor muscles, and increase the contractility of the pelvic floor muscles.3.Acupuncture can promote the early recovery of bladder function after radical resection of cervical cancer, reduce the incidence of postoperative bladder dysfunction complications, and improve the quality of life of patients after surgery, but it has no significant role in promoting long-term recovery of bladder function.
