ObjectiveThrough investigation and analysis, understanding the cause of in the near future and forward bladder dysfunction in patients with cervical cancer after radical hysterectomy, and patient disease-related knowledge awareness, discuss its influencing factors and nursing interventions and countermeasures. Method(1) Chose 704 patients who underwent cervical cancer radical hysterectomy from January 2012 to December 2014 in guangxi medical university affiliated tumor hospital. Application of guangxi medical university affiliated tumor hospital disease management platform, collecting information about patients’ disease(pathological types、tumor staging) and treatment related information (surgical method、radiation treatment、chemotherapy、time placing a urinary catheter、residual urine volume、whether urinary retention and carry urine tube discharge, etc). Then followed up by telephone to investigate bladder function and bladder function exercises with Mesure du Handicap Urinaire and the general information questionnaire. (2) Choosing 110 patients who underwent cervical cancer radical hysterectomy from May 2015 to October 2015 in guangxi medical university affiliated tumor hospital for the first time. And investigating the patient disease-related knowledge awareness with cervical cancer disease knowledge questionnaire. Result1. Recent postoperative bladder dysfunction (below 6 months):704 patients in 448 cases of urinary retention, rate of 63.64%.2. Long-term postoperative bladder dysfunction (above 6 months):in follow-up period, a total of 25 patients were lost to follow-up, a total of 9 patients with death.214 cases of patients with bladder dysfunction, accounting for 30.40%. Bladder dysfunction is mainly characterized by frequent urination, urgency, urine is not net, dysuria, stress urinary incontinence, postoperative incidence were 3.69%,5.97%,10.65%,18.89%,10.65%.3. Factors associated with bladder dysfunction:Factor analysis showed that level of education, health care type affects the incidence of postoperative urinary retention; Long-term incidence of bladder dysfunction, according to the results of single factor analysis the factors influencing postoperative long-term bladder dysfunction with age, tumor stage, cultural level, family average per capita monthly income, micturition, bladder functional exercise regularly. Forward incidence of bladder dysfunction Logistic regression analysis, the result shows that the degree of culture, influence postoperative bladder function exercise is forward the main influencing factors of bladder dysfunction, the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05).4. Patients with disease related knowledge awareness and related factors: Investigation of 110 cases with clinical disease related knowledge, General knowledge about 36 people, witting rate was 32.73%, the bladder function related knowledge of 18 people, witting rate was 16.36%. Patients with different cultural degree differences of the two was statistically significant (P< 0.05). Patients with bladder dysfunction occurs and the degree of the knowledge about diseases, correlation analysis, the results show that the symptoms associated with early diagnosis and bladder knowledge that is to be a factor of bladder dysfunction, the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05). Conclusion1. High incidence of bladder dysfunction and urination disorders for a long time in patients after cervical cancer radical surgery, it seriously affects the patients quality of life.2. Patients with cervical cancer disease related knowledge awareness is low especially the recovery of bladder function related knowledge, nursing staff should strengthen the health knowledge education.3. Cultural level, bladder functional exercise and the understanding degree of knowledge are related nursing factors affecting the bladder function recovery in patients with cervical cancer radical surgery. The influence factors of nursing personnel should be based on corresponding to develop targeted interventions.
