Investigate The Clinical Effect Of Invigorating Spleen To Remove Phlegm In The Treatment Of Spleen Deficiency Type Of Bronchial Asthma

Objective 1.To investigate the clinical effect of invigorating spleen to remove phlegm in the treatment of spleen deficiency type of bronchial asthma.2.To discuss the feasibility of invigorating spleen to remove phlegm in the treatment of spleen deficiency type of bronchial asthma,and to explore its theoretical basis.Methods Sixty patients who met the diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Thirty patients in the treatment group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine,others in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine.The clinical efficacy,clinical symptom scores,total IgE,pulmonary function(FEV1 and PEF),the use of remission drugs(Vantolin)and ACT scores of the two groups were compared between the treatment group and the control group that before and after treatment,to evaluate the clinical efficacy of invigorating spleen to remove phlegm in the treatment of spleen deficiency type of bronchial asthma and discuss the theoretical basis of the treatment of asthma by invigorating spleen to remove phlegm.Results After treatment,compared with the control group,in the effective rates of TCM syndromes,the treatment group was superior to the control group statistically(P<0.05);in the improvement of clinical symptoms,compared the main symptoms of the spleen deficiency type of bronchial asthma of cough,expectoration,chest distress and wheezing,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05);however,there were significant differences of the secondary symptoms in the treatment group by improving appetite,hypodynamia and loose stool(P<0.05).In the total IgE,there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).In the pulmonary function,after treatment,the two groups of FEV1 and PEF improved compared with the former,but the treatment group improved more obviously,there was statistical difference(P<0.05).In the use of remission drugs(Vantolin),the treatment group was less than the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).And the adverse reactions after treatment were mainly induced by inhaled corticosteroids:the treatment group were 3 cases,the control were 4 cases,but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Through the clinical study that invigorating spleen to remove phlegm in the treatment of spleen deficiency type of bronchial asthma can significantly improve symptoms in patients with asthma,can reduce the number of remission drugs use,improve pulmonary function and the patients’ ACT scores.Indicating that Chinese medicine in the treatment of bronchial asthma have a certain advantage,and it is worth in the clinical promotion.
