Shengyangyiwei Decoction In The Treatment Of Chronic Persistent Bronchial Asthma (Lung And Spleen Qi-deficiency) Clinical Observation

Purpose:The features of this subject,according to syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine on the treatment and intends to "reinforcing earth to generate metal",through the observation of the curative effect of shengyangyiwei Decoction on chronic bronchial asthma duration(lung and spleen Qi-deficiency),in order to further explore the superiority of the disease treatment.Method : In the selection of the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of traditional Chinese Medicine Department of pulmonary disease treatment area with condition group 72 cases of bronchial asthma patients,using the principle of random,divided into two groups:treatment group(Shengyangyiwei Decoction & Symbicort Turbuhaler),control group(Symbicort Turbuhaler),36 cases in each,on the efficacy of the two groups were compared.Result:The study found that the treatment group of TCM syndrome score improvement was significantly better than the control group.Compared with the overall efficacy,the total effective rate of treatment group was 91.7%,the control group was 83.3%,the former compared with the latter there was significant difference(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Studies show that from the "reinforcing earth to generate metal" on the treatment of bronchial asthma,the efficacy of shengyangyiwei Decoction in the treatment of lung and spleen Qi-deficiency syndrome in exact,especially in improving the clinical symptoms,can obviously alleviate the frequency of drug use,shorten the treatment time and safe,patient's quality of life can be improved.
