| Objective: To observe the clinical effect of invigorating spleen and tonifying stomach and promoting stomach massage in treating infantile anorexia of spleen and stomach qi deficiency,and to provide a more safe and effective external treatment for children with anorexia of spleen and stomach qi deficiency type.Methods:The eligible 62 children with spleen and stomach qi deficiency type anorexia were randomly divided into treatment group 31 cases and control group 31 cases.treatment group was treated by Jianpi Yiwei Massage,and the control group was treated by oral Jianwei Xiaoshi tablet(Chinese medicine accurate word Z36021464 Jiangzhong Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.).After the two courses of treatment,the main and secondary symptom scores and total scores of the two groups were compared and compared between the two groups.Results:The effect of the treatment group was more significant(P<0.01)in reducing appetite and food volume in children with anorexia due to deficiency of spleen and stomach(P<0.01).The effect of the treatment group on reducing fatigue,,facial color and stool score in children with anorexia due to deficiency of spleen and stomach(P>0.05).After the treatment of the two groups,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.5%,the total effective rate of the control group was 77.4%,and the effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group After 1 month’s follow-up,the recurrence rate of the treatment group was 12.5%,and the curative effect was more stable than that of the control group(P<0.01),which indicated that the effect of Jianpi Yiwei massage on children with anorexia of spleen and stomach qi deficiency was more lasting and stable.Conclusion: Invigorating spleen and nourishing stomach massage and jianweixiaoshi tablets can improve the symptoms of anorexia children with spleen and stomach qi deficiency.The clinical effect of the method of invigorating spleen and nourishing stomach massage is better than that of oral jianweixiaoshi tablets.the recurrence rate is lower than that of the control group,the clinical effect is remarkable,and the compliance of the children is strong,which is worth popularizing in clinic. |
