Objective Through the Judgment of TCM Constitution and Judgment of TCM Syndrome among 60 cases of ulcerative colitis(UC)cases and the relevant data were collected, grouped for treatment, observation of curative effect and regular follow-up,to explore the TCM constitution theory syndrome differentiation treatment to the UC impact of treatment and recurrence rates. Methods Use the questionnaire survey, gather 60 Patients with UC.They are categorized into nine TCM constitution types, which are:gentleness type,qi-deficiency type,qi-depression type,wetness-heat type,phlegm-wet type,yang-deficiency type,yin-deficiency type,blood-stasis type and special inherited type. And they are also categorized into six TCM syndrome types which are:large intestine damp heats syndrome, wet aggregates spleen deficient syndrome, liver depression and spleen deficient syndrome, spleen and kidney Yang deficiency syndrome, simultaneous occurrence of cold and heat syndrome, yin and blood deficiency syndrome.Sixty patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Each group has thirty patients. The control group was treated with western medicine. The treatment group was treated by combined with constitution differentiation and syndrome differentiation, regular follow-up after cure.Clear the income relevant data and build a database table,to explore the TCM constitution theory syndrome differentiation treatment to theUC impact of treatment and recurrence rates by the SPSS 19.0 statistical software.Results(1)In the relationship of TCM syndrome type and constitution types in UC(p=0.000<0.01).Large intestine damp heats syndrome patients main is wetness-heat type(75%)and phlegm-wet type(25%)constitution,wet aggregates spleen deficient syndrome patients main is qi-deficiency type(38.9%)and qi-depression type(22.2%)constitution,simultaneous occurrence of cold and heat syndrome patients main is yin-deficiency type(50%)and special inherited type(50%)constitution,liver depression and spleen deficient syndrome patients main is qi-depression type(54.5%)constitution,spleen and kidney Yang deficiency syndrome patients main is yang-deficiency type(28.6%)and qi-deficiency type(28.6%)constitution,yin and blood deficiency syndrome patients main is special inherited type(50%)and yin-deficiency type(50%)constitution.(2)The total effective rate in the treatment group is 93.3%,while the control group got 76.6%,P=0.037(P<0.05),there is a significant difference between the two sets of data, the treatment group is superior to the control group.(3)Followed up for 6 months:the relapse rate(3.57%)in the treatment group and the recurrence rate in the control group(21.74%),followed up for 12 months:the relapse rate(14.29%)in the treatment group and the recurrence rate in the control group(39.13%),P=0.016(P<0.05),there is a significant difference between the two sets of data, the treatment group is superior to the control group.Conclusion(1)Through the statistical analysis of the TCM constitution type and TCM syndromes type of 60 cases of UC patients,it is found that there is a close relationship between the TCM constitution type and TCM syndromes type of UC patients.(2)The use of TCM constitution theory of the "Three debate mode" will be constitution and disease differentiation and syndromes differentiation combination, and traditional Chinese medicine treatment pure Western medicine treatment of ulcerative colitis compared to obtain a higher treatment rate,no adverse events."Three debate mode" for the clinical treatment of UC and reduce the recurrence rate played a very good effect,it is worthy of clinical promotion use.
