In recent years Chinese medicine are constantly looking for Chinese medicine treatment of this disease, there has been a great deal of research shows that Chinese medicine has obvious advantages in the long-term efficacy in the treatment of UC.ObjectiveTo observe the effects of Jiawei Decoction of four noble with spleen syndrome, clinical effect and liver, kidney, or damp heat syndrome type UC; comparison of Modified Decoction of four noble drugs, supplemented four gentleman decoction combined with the salad in the treatment of clinical effect between the remission of UC; to observe the effects of Jiawei Decoction of four noble drugs, supplemented four gentleman decoction combined with beautiful salad diazoxide for the treatment of relapsing phase UC.MethodsFrom2011November to2013November, patients in the Department of gastroenterology clinic in Guangzhou City Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine in accordance with the inclusion criteria, exclusion criteria of UC patients in remission,61patients, randomly divided into the treatment group 31cases,30cases in western medicine treatment group. The former oral Jiawei Decoction of four noble drugs, the latter oral Jiawei Decoction of four noble Hemei salad diazoxide.3months for a course of treatment, observation of6months,12months,18months, changes of symptoms and recurrence were recorded during treatment, and the clinical data collected were pooled, establish a database, using SPSS16.0software for statistics to choose the corresponding statistics method, analysis, record the statistical results.Results(a) curative effect observation1the Chinese medicine group and Western medicine clinical comprehensive therapeutic effect compared with the group (P>0.05), the total efficiency of two groups (90.32%,93.33%), the complete cure rate (54.83%,66.33%) were not statistically significant.2two sets of the overall recurrence rate (29.03%in the Chinese medicine group, western medicine group23.33%) compared to P>0.05, the difference was not significant, the two groups had no statistical significance.3two groups of TCM syndrome comparison (traditional Chinese medicine group92.75%, Chinese medicine group96.55%) P>0.05, there was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment; TCM symptoms long-term improvement, of P>0.05, no significant difference indicates that the two; two groups before and after treatment compared with the P<0.05group, indicating that there is a significant difference.(two) the detection results immunology indexThe two groups before and after treatment of ESR, C-reactive protein, hemoglobin (Hb), liver (ALT), renal function (Bun, SCr) comparison (P>0.01), no significant difference.ConclusionTraditional Chinese medicine group (Modified Decoction of four noble drugs), western medicine group (Modified Decoction of four noble Hemei salad diazoxide) in the treatment of UC clinical efficacy in remission period was significant in western medicine, the efficiency of the treatment group, the total efficiency of TCM symptoms, compared with single medicine group, but the clinical effects were observed according to the statistical analysis, the results showed no significant difference between the two, no statistical significance, show that the two groups of treatment has obvious curative effect in the maintenance of UC recurrence, and the results show that the low recurrence rate of UC of two groups after drug treatment.The two groups after treatment of TCM symptoms improve the situation in the long-term visible results in the treatment group was better than that of traditional Chinese medicine, western medicine treatment group, but no significant difference; while the two group is the group before and after treatment were significantly different, suggesting that the two groups after treatment of TCM symptoms have different degrees of improvement.Between the two groups.
