Measurement Of Agricultural Green Development Level And Analysis Of Influencing Factors In Lincang City

At the report meeting of the 20 th National Congress of the CPC,Xi jinping president stressed the need to comprehensively promote rural revitalization and adhere to the priority of agricultural and rural development.driven by the national comprehensive rural revitalization strategy,the development of green agriculture will usher in new opportunities.The research object of this article is Lincang City,which is mainly focused on agricultural production.With the continuous increase in the use of pesticides and fertilizers,the agricultural development of Lincang City has achieved significant improvement in yield.However,it has also brought problems such as soil salinization,excessive pesticide residues in agricultural products,and groundwater pollution.The traditional agricultural mode has come to an end,and sustainable green development should be a priority option for Lincang City.This article first analyzes the relevant research on agricultural green development by domestic and foreign scholars through literature review,and summarizes the relevant concepts and theories.Secondly,by organizing the statistical yearbooks and bulletins of Lincang City and Yunnan Province from 2011 to 2022,an evaluation index system for agricultural green development was constructed with green production,ecological protection,economic benefits,and happy life as the primary indicators.The weights and obstacles of each indicator were calculated using entropy method and obstacle model.The agricultural green development level of Lincang City was compared and analyzed with the average level of 16 cities in Yunnan Province,Summarize the existing problems and provide corresponding policy recommendations.The existing problems include: firstly,there is a large room for improvement in agricultural green development;Secondly,the low level of agricultural modernization restricts the green development of agriculture in Lincang City;Thirdly,the unreasonable industrial structure restricts the green development of agriculture in Lincang City;Fourthly,talent scarcity affects the green development of agriculture in Lincang City;Fifth,the underdeveloped tourism industry hinders the green development of agriculture in Lincang City.In response to the existing problems,policy recommendations are given as follows: firstly,promote the green development of agriculture in Lincang City through the "four step approach";Secondly,improve the level of agricultural modernization and promote the green development of agriculture in Lincang City;Thirdly,adjust the industrial structure to assist in the green development of agriculture in Lincang City;Fourthly,strengthen the construction of talent teams and continuously improve the level of green agricultural development in Lincang City;Fifth,improve the level of integrated development of agriculture,culture,and tourism,and promote the green development of agriculture in Lincang City.
