Evaluation Of Agricultural Green Development Level In Qujing City Of Yunnan Province And Countermeasures For Improvement

Green development is the theme of the current era.Promoting green development of agriculture is not only an important practice of the theory that "Lucian waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets",but also a revolution in the transformation of agricultural production mode and the adjustment of agricultural production structure,and a profound revolution in the process of agricultural development.At the same time of rapid agricultural development,our country also faces many difficulties.Agricultural non-point source pollution,ecological environmental destruction,resource constraint and hidden trouble of food safety all hinder our country to better realize sustainable agricultural development and green development.At present,the green development of agriculture has the multi-dimensional value of The Times.It is the only way to realize agricultural modernization,the important content of realizing rural revitalization,and the important requirement of sustainable development.Taking the road of green agricultural development can help to achieve carbon peak and carbon neutrality,improve the ecological well-being of farmers,and meet people’s growing needs for a better life.As a major agricultural city in Yunnan Province,Qujing has become the "granary of Eastern Yunnan" and the vegetable supply center of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,depending on its flat dam area location and vertical climate.In recent years,Qujing has actively responded to Yunnan’s goal of building a world-class "green food brand",vigorously developed green agriculture,and promoted the transformation from a large agricultural city to a strong agricultural city.Certain achievements have been made,and its agricultural production and supply capacity ranks among the top in Yunnan Province.However,with the rapid development of agriculture in Qujing City,agricultural non-point source pollution is still severe,excessive use and unscientific use of chemical fertilizers,pesticides and agricultural film are prominent,land idleness and reduction of cultivated land area coexist,and resource constraints are becoming more and more obvious.All these are obstacles to the highquality green development of agriculture in Qujing City.Therefore,to measure and evaluate the level of agricultural green development in Qujing City is the key to promote the smooth transformation of Qujing City from a large agricultural city to a strong agricultural city,find out the existing problems of agricultural green development in Qujing City,formulate green development policies,and lay a good foundation for playing the "green food brand" in Yunnan Province.This paper mainly focuses on three aspects of the content of the research,first of all,the agricultural production conditions,agricultural economic development,agricultural green development status of Qujing City was analyzed.Secondly,the evaluation index system of agricultural green development level in Qujing City was constructed,and the index weight was determined by entropy method to calculate the agricultural green development scores of Qujing City and nine districts,counties and cities.Finally,the score of agricultural green development in Qujing City was analyzed from time dimension and space dimension.Based on the research,this paper draws the following conclusions:(1)From the time dimension of agricultural green development in Qujing City,it showed a linear growth trend from 2011 to 2013,a decline in2014,a slowdown in 2014 to 2017,and a rapid growth trend after 2017,with an overall step growth;(2)The growth momentum of resource conservation and quality and high efficiency development is good,in which resource conservation develops zigzagging forward,quality and high efficiency always maintain a straight line growth,fast growth,environmental friendliness and ecological conservation level is relatively stable,showing a slow growth trend;(3)Qilin District,Huize County,Zhanyi District as the first echelon of good development;The development level of Malone District,Luliang County and Xuanwei City is in the middle.Fuyuan County,Shizong County,Luoping County is relatively behind.By comparing the original data and the scores,it is found that improving the level of agricultural mechanization,reducing the amount of chemicals,protecting wetlands and accelerating the certification of three products and one standard play a key role in promoting the level of agricultural green development in Qujing City.On this basis,it analyzes the specific problems existing in the agricultural green development of Qujing City,such as: the utilization rate of agricultural resources needs to be improved,the intensity of chemical fertilizer and pesticide use needs to be further reduced,and the awareness of agricultural green development needs to be improved,etc.Finally,according to the existing problems,the paper gives countermeasures and suggestions to improve the level of agricultural green development of Qujing City: Improve the utilization rate of agricultural resources,continue to promote the work of double reduction,strengthen the cultivation of agricultural science and technology talents,improve the awareness of agricultural green development.
