| Chinese agriculture is transforming from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture,and greening is one of the main features of modern agriculture.As a major agricultural province,a major grain production province and a major rural population province in my country,Henan Province plays an important role in China’s grain production security and green agricultural development.In terms of agricultural production,Henan Province has achieved great results,but at the same time it is also facing the problems of increasing pressure on agricultural resources,high dependence on chemical products such as fertilizers,pesticides and agricultural film,and serious agricultural non-point source pollution.It reduces the quality of agricultural products,restricts the supply of high-quality agricultural products,and affects the green development of agriculture in Henan Province.As a major agricultural province in the country,under the background of the simultaneous advancement of agricultural modernization and rural revitalization strategies,it is an inevitable choice for the agricultural development of Henan Province to rapidly advance the process of agricultural green development and ensure the supply quality of agricultural products.Based on the above background,studying the green development of agriculture in Henan Province is of great significance for improving the quality and efficiency of agriculture in Henan Province and enhancing the supply capacity of high-quality agricultural products.This paper takes Henan Province’s agricultural green development level and its obstacles as the research object.The research content mainly includes three aspects:First,to further collect and organize relevant research materials and literature at home and abroad,apply ecological economic theory and green Agricultural theory,using literature analysis method,entropy weight method,multi-objective comprehensive function measurement method,obstacle degree model and other research methods,based on the connotation of agricultural green development,based on the actual situation of Henan Province,from resource utilization,production environment,economic benefits,The five dimensions of ecological coordination and green supply set out to establish an evaluation index system,and based on this to evaluate the agricultural green development level of Henan Province from 2010 to 2020;The establishment of the obstacle degree model explores the obstacle factors that restrict the improvement of the agricultural green development level in Henan Province;the third is to draw research conclusions based on the above research,and put forward relevant policy suggestions on this basis,so as to promote the promotion and level of agricultural green development in Henan Province.Improve reference.According to the above research,the following conclusions are drawn: First,the agricultural green development in Henan Province has achieved good results,but there are still problems such as low resource utilization efficiency and tight ecological environment constraints;second,the level of agricultural green development in Henan Province shows a first decline and then an increase.trend,and the rate of increase has gradually accelerated with the passage of time,and has basically reached a high level of 0.8860 by 2020;third,the production environment is not clean,the level of economic benefits is low,and the degree of effective resource utilization is weak.The current level of agricultural green development in Henan Province The main obstacle to further improvement.Based on the results of this research,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward in a targeted manner from four aspects: optimizing the production environment of agricultural products,improving the ability of effective utilization of resources,improving the level of agricultural economic benefits,and promoting the coordinated development of ecological economy,so as to promote the improvement of agricultural green development in Henan Province. |
