A new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation is in the ascendant.The digital technology represented by big data,artificial intelligence,hybrid cloud,Internet of Things,5G and block-chain are promoting enterprises to accelerate it’s digital transformation.The production and operation of animal husbandry industry has its particularity.It is a breeding method mainly based on natural regeneration,with long production cycle,high risk and many uncertain factors in the industrial chain.With the continuous advancement of the intensive process of animal husbandry,human resource management has become one of the bottlenecks in the development of some animal husbandry enterprises.How to realize the digital transformation of human resources management based on the characteristics of animal husbandry enterprises and with the help of modern digital technology is not only a practical problem facing the development of enterprises,but also a new field of industrial problems and management theory research.Based on the relevant theories of human resource management and digital transformation,this paper focuses on the problems encountered in human resource management of animal husbandry enterprise TP Company,and studies the digital transformation of human resource management of animal husbandry enterprises in combination with the characteristics of animal husbandry industry.First of all,summarize the research literature of digital management of human resources management,introduce the industry background and company strategy of TP Company,and analyze the current situation of human resources management of the company according to the six modules of human resources planning,recruitment and allocation,training and development,performance management,salary and welfare management,and labor relations management.Secondly,the main problems and causes of each module of human resource management of TP Company are analyzed and summarized by using various methods such as data statistics and questionnaire survey.Finally,in view of the above problems,this paper puts forward the countermeasures for the digital transformation of human resources management of TP Company from three aspects: the goal and technical support of transformation,the countermeasures for transformation,and the guarantee measures for transformation.The study found that the main problems of human resources management in TP company are: lack of planning of human resources,low efficiency of personnel recruitment,lack of pertinence of training,weak performance management,unreasonable salary structure,and unreasonable labor relations.The reasons are: the lack of human resources management strategy,the weak management of online recruitment channels,the imperfect staff training system,the need to upgrade the performance management model,the need to constantly improve the compensation system,and the lack of interaction and communication with employees.The application of digital technology can provide better support for human resource management and meet the needs of rapid development of TP Company.To this end,it is suggested to formulate the countermeasures for the digital transformation of human resources of TP Company,clarify the transformation objectives and ideas,and accelerate the promotion from six aspects: first,conform to the trend of digital transformation,optimize the organizational structure,department and post planning;Second,build and realize the digitalization of recruitment system,strengthen recruitment channels,and effectively improve recruitment efficiency;The third is to build a full-career training and learning system to improve the quality and ability of talents of TP Company;Fourth,promote the conversion of organizational performance to individual performance,achieve comprehensive performance management and online performance management,and promote performance feedback and communication;Fifth,improve the salary system,improve the salary structure,and realize the accuracy,efficiency,fairness and justice of salary and welfare;Sixth,improve employee experience,conduct talent review,and inspire employees to create greater value for the enterprise.
