| In the past 40 years since the reform and opening up,the animal husbandry and breeding industry in our country has developed vigorously,and the scale degree has been increasing continuously,the variety of animal products has been varied,the total production volume has increased significantly,and the quality has gradually improved,making great progress.It has made outstanding contributions to the development of agriculture and economic construction in China,and at the same time provided an important material basis for meeting the growing consumption demand of meat products.In recent years,the introduction and implementation of a series of policies to strengthen agriculture and benefit agriculture has brought new opportunities and impetus to the animal husbandry and breeding industry in our country,and the development momentum of animal husbandry and breeding industry has further accelerated.The traditional animal husbandry and breeding mode and management concept have been unable to keep pace with the modernization drive of animal husbandry and breeding industry,so it is necessary to apply advanced science and technology to animal husbandry production to guide its steady and positive development.The management links of most livestock and breeding enterprises in our country are relatively weak,the management mode is simple and direct,and the information resources are not fully utilized,which restricts the reform and development of the enterprises.For large-scale production and breeding enterprises,because of their huge volume and occupying the dominant position of the industry,it is particularly important to establish scientific management concept,introduce standardized management system,and adopt information technology to manage enterprises and daily breeding production.Based on the research and development project of the laboratory echelon,in order to effectively improve the management level of a large-scale agricultural,pastoral and breeding development enterprise,speed up the industrialization process and strengthen the core competitiveness,this paper designs a two-level management architecture applied to animal husbandry and breeding enterprises,and realizes it by means of management and control system.The two-level management and control system proposed in this paper is suitable for large-scale animal husbandry and breeding enterprises with multiple farms,in which the primary structure at the bottom is a general breeding management system for each farm,which is responsible for managing and controlling the daily breeding process of livestock.On the basis of the primary structure,the secondary structure of the top layer collects,summarize and processes the production data,material consumption data and tool usage of each farm to provide more accurate,effective and concise information for the management of the group.So that managers can make correct decisions and improve enterprise management ability.Thispaper focuses on the framework structure,main business and system’s realization and display of the two-level management and control system.First of all,the actual requirements and organizational structure of the cooperative enterprises are carefully analyzed,and the requirements and tasks of the system are clarified.Secondly,after comprehensive analysis and comparison,the relevant technical schemes of the system are selected.Then,according to the requirements of the analysis,divide the two-level structure of the system into different functions respectively.From the business point of view,the bottom-level primary structure is divided into four sub-parts: breeding management,feed purchase,sale and inventory management,drug purchase,sale and inventory management and production tools purchase,sale and inventory management.And the top-level secondary structure is divided into four core parts: livestock on hand summary management,inventory summary management,manpower configuration management and cost accounting management.At the same time,the interrelation of each function part,the detailed design,the module partition and the main table structure design are given.Finally,a stable development tool is used to implement the system,and the running logic and effect display of the main function modules are given,and the process,function and data interaction of the bottom-level primary structure and the top-level secondary structure are tested by actual data.The results of practical testing and enterprise trial operation show that all kinds of summary statistics data shown by the top-level secondary structure,which are mainly concerned by the enterprise management,are consistent with expectations,and the interface of the system is simple to operate and rich in hints.It is proved that the two-level management and control system designed and developed in this paper is correct and easy to use in function,which can fully meet the needs of enterprise management,dispatching and decision-making,and enhance the scientific nature of management mode,and improve production efficiency and product quality. |
