| As China’s economy gradually enters a new stage of improving quality and efficiency,high-quality development has become the theme of current and future China’s economic construction. The report of the 20 th CPC National Congress pointed out that high-quality development is one of the essential requirements of Chinese path to modernization and the primary task of building a socialist modern country in an all-round way.Promoting high-quality development is the only way to build a modern industrial system. The high-quality development of recreational fishery is an important part of realizing the modernization of the fishery industry system, and also an important measure to implement the strategy of rural revitalization and build a powerful marine economy. At present, the recreational fishery in China’s coastal areas has reached a considerable scale. However, most coastal provinces have a low level of recreational fishery industrial development quality, which does not meet the requirements of the era of high-quality construction of a modern industrial system of recreational fishery, and is also difficult to meet the growing recreational needs of residents. In the existing literature, the research on the high-quality development of recreational fishery is relatively scarce, and the research on its evaluation mechanism and impact mechanism is mainly qualitative analysis. In view of this, this study, starting from the perspective of high-quality development, takes recreational fishery in 11 coastal provinces of China as the research object, and conducts theoretical analysis and empirical research on the spatial layout of recreational fishery and the connotation,space-time characteristics, evolution laws, spatial effects, impact mechanisms of high-quality development of recreational fishery,so as to provide theoretical basis and decision-making reference for high-quality development of recreational fishery in China’s coastal provinces. The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Analysis on the spatial distribution of recreational fishery in coastal provinces of China. The recreational fishery in China’s 11 coastal provinces shows a significant "two rings and one belt" density distribution feature. The "two rings" are the agglomeration and distribution rings of Shandong and Hainan Province; The "one belt" is the gathering and distribution zone in the southeast of Fujian Province. The recreational fishery in other provinces also shows significant agglomeration in spatial distribution, and has a trend of further agglomeration. The passenger turnover, the density of grade roads, and the average distance from the main urban area have the strongest influence on the spatial distribution of recreational fisheries. With the increase of the distance from the city center, the number of recreational fishery shows an inverted "U" pattern of change, which increases first and then decreases, and forms a recreational zone around the city at a distance of 50 km from the city center; After interaction, the influence factors have the effect of double factor enhancement or nonlinear enhancement.(2)Evaluation of high-quality development of recreational fishery in coastal provinces of China. The high-quality development level of recreational fishery in China’s 11 coastal provinces is unevenly distributed in space, with an obvious "blocky segmentation" spatial layout feature, and the overall pattern of decreasing from the central region to the farther north and south region, with a distribution difference of "the central region is better than the northern and southern regions, and the southern region is better than the northern region";High-value areas show a distribution pattern of "one core area" in space, with Shandong Province as the core of high-value areas and Jiangsu,Zhejiang,Fujian and Guangdong Province as the medium-high value distribution areas.(3)Analysis of space-time evolution law of high-quality development of recreational fishery in China’s coastal provinces. The regional imbalance of high-quality development level of recreational fishery in China’s coastal areas tends to weaken year by year.Guangxi and Hainan provinces in the southern region have been raised from low to medium level;Hebei and Liaoning in the north have been upgraded from medium and low level to medium and high level respectively. However, there is a "assimilation effect" in the high-value areas in the central region.Shandong,Jiangsu,Zhejiang and Guangdong provinces have gradually formed a high-value agglomeration zone for high-quality development of recreational fishery. In addition to the green innovation dimension, the other three dimensions of high-quality development of recreational fisheries are significantly polarized.Provinces with high-quality development level of recreational fishery also have good commonalities in terms of stability and sustainability and quality and efficiency improvement.(4)Discussion on the spatial spillover effect of high-quality development of recreational fishery in China’s coastal provinces.During 2017 to 2021,the global Moran index of high-quality development of recreational fishery in coastal provinces was positive.During this period, the high-quality development of recreational fishery in coastal areas was positively correlated in space. The high-quality growth of recreational fishery in one province can have a positive spillover effect on the neighboring regions, thus driving the high-quality development level of recreational fishery in the surrounding regions to improve together; The development of fishery economy, the level of fishery management, the traffic location, the endowment of tourism resources, and the government intervention can promote the high-quality development of recreational fishery. The direct impact coefficient from the largest to the smallest is the level of fishery management, the level of fishery economy, the endowment of tourism resources, the government intervention, and the regional traffic. |
