Study On The Evolution Of Marine Fishery Spatial Distribution And Its Influencing Factors In Zhuhai

Marine fishery plays an important role in the primary industry.People in coastal areas depend on marine fishery to live and obtain economic resources.It can be said that marine fishery is closely related to people's lives.With the continuous progress and upgrading of China's marine fishery industry,the problem of the scarcity of marine fish resources hidden in it has gradually emerged,and some marine fishery enterprises cannot fulfill their social responsibilities,illegal fishing and pollution discharge are polluting the marine environment,and increasingly obvious problems of marine fishery governance are hindering the progress and growth of marine fisheries.From the perspective of the spatial distribution of marine fishery in China,there are some unreasonable situations,and the development level of marine fishery varies in different regions.Based on this,this paper takes Zhuhai as the research scale,and studies the development and spatial distribution of its marine fishery.This paper mainly analyzes the evolution of marine fishery spatial distribution and its influencing factors in Zhuhai City,and uses the theory of comparative advantage,the theory of optimization of agricultural productivity distribution and the theory of gradient transfer to explore.This paper expounds the experience of marine fishery development in the United States,Canada,Japan and other countries,as well as in Shandong,Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and other regions,and draws the corresponding enlightenment,including improving the supervision and management mechanism of marine fishery,increasing the investment in marine fishery research,etc.Based on the analysis of the practical basis of the development of marine fishery in Zhuhai,it is found that there are certain basic conditions and achievementsin the development of marine fishery in Zhuhai,including the continuous improvement of fishery infrastructure conditions and the continuous improvement of fishery socialized service system.Based on the analysis of the evolution of the spatial distribution of marine fishery in Zhuhai,the corresponding evaluation index system is established,and the corresponding spatial autocorrelation analysis is carried out.The empirical analysis of the influencing factors of the spatial distribution of marine fishery in Zhuhai is carried out.The conclusions are as follows:(1)The comprehensive development level of marine fishery in Xiangzhou District is in a better region,that in Doumen district is in a middle region,and that in Jinwan District is in a middle region.On the whole,the comprehensive development level of marine fishery in Zhuhai is in a relatively good state.(2)Zhuhai's marine fishery industry is usually concentrated in a region,but the industry in the same region is very fierce in resource competition,and the development status of industries in different regions is also different,with obvious differences.Under the influence of relevant national policies,the spatial distribution of Zhuhai's marine fishery industry is gradually dispersed.Throughout the industry,Zhuhai's marine fishery development is still very intensive.(3)The development of marine fishery in the east of Zhuhai is very rapid,which basically reaches the first quadrant of "HH".This fully reflects the high level of marine fishery development in the east of Zhuhai,and has made an important contribution in promoting the rapid development of marine fishery economy in the adjacent areas,so that Zhuhai marine fishery has a very obvious diffusion effect.(4)The innovation of marine fishery science and technology,the amount of capital investment obtained,the quantity and quality of industrial labor force,the quality,area,regional location,natural conditions of aquaculture waters,and the existence of fish resources are all factors that affect the spatial layout of marine fishery in Zhuhai.On this basis,the countermeasures and suggestions for the development of marine fishery in Zhuhai are put forward,which are: first,to increase the investmentof marine fishery capital;second,to increase the training of fishery talents;third,to change the mode of fishery development;fourth,to strengthen fishery management and standardize the operation behavior.Therefore,the development of marine fishery in Zhuhai will be promoted with higher quality.
