Analysis Of The Structure Of Marine Fishery Industry In The New Era And Construction Of Its Industrial Chain

The report of the 19 th National Congress pointed out that the development of the new era must unswervingly implement the development concept of innovation,coordination,green,openness and sharing;adhere to the harmonious coexistence of human and nature and build an ecological civilization.The marine economy is the blue engine of Chinese economic development.As an important component of marine economy,the development of marine fishery should follow the development concept of the new era.At present,Chinese fishery(represented by Zhejiang Province)is facing the problem of resource decline.There are many reasons for the decline of fishery resources.Among them,the lack of unified management of marine fishery resources,such as overall utilization,overall planning,and ecological control,resulting in a lack of cooperation among regions,departments and enterprises.Specific to various industries within the fishery lead to overfishing,aquaculture pollution(fish medicine,diet,etc.),waste pollution in various industries,land-based pollution and so on.The fishery industry chain mainly emphasizes the cooperation between industries and their internal enterprises,and studies the existing problems of the whole industry from the perspective of vertical integration.Therefore,building a new marine fishery industry chain based on the analysis and research of the marine fishery industry can effectively alleviate the above problems.Based on the analysis of the internal industries of Marine Fisheries in Zhejiang Province,this paper focuses on how to construct the industrial chain of Marine Fisheries in China.The paper consists of seven parts.The first part is the research foundation,discusses the research background and significance,and organizes the research status of industrial structure and industrial chain.The second part is the theoretical basis and experience reference,mainly expounds the theory of industrial structure and the related theories of agricultural industry chain,and summarizes the experience of foreign advanced agricultural industry chain management.The third part analyzes the marine fishery industry in Zhejiang Province,including marine fishing,marine aquaculture,offshore fishery,aquatic product processing,aquatic product circulation and leisure fishery.At the same time,the gray theory system is used to treat the marine fishery industry in Zhejiang province.Relevant calculations and predictions are provided to provide a theoretical basis for optimizing the marine fishery industry structure.The fourth part uses PEST analysis method to analyze the construction environment of Zhejiang marine fishery industry chain from four aspects:politics,economy,society and technology.The fifth and sixth parts build on the construction and management theories of other related industrial chains,such as the agricultural industrial chain,and construct the marine fishery industry chain in Zhejiang province in the new era,and propose the optimization of the industrial chain.The seventh part summarizes the article and points out the inadequacies of the paper.The innovation of this paper includes two aspects.Firstly,taking Zhejiang province as an example,drawing on the management theory and experience of other related industrial chains,such as agricultural industry chain,to construct the marine fishery industry chain in the new era.Secondly,from the perspective of the concept of ecological development in the new era,this paper puts forward some suggestions on industrial chain optimization.
