Study On Development Countermeasures Of Recreational Fishery In Zhejiang Province Based On Grey Correlation Analysis

Recreational fishery is an emerging industry formed after the transformation and upgrading of traditional fishery.It can promote the sustainable development of fishery economy and accelerate the modernization of fishery by adjusting fishery industrial structure.In addition,recreational fishing can increase the income of traditional fishermen and contribute to rural revitalization.The development of recreational fishery can not only meet people’s growing demand for leisure and entertainment,but also meet the development requirements of the new era,so its future development is promising.Zhejiang province is rich in fishery resources and has a long history of Marine culture.In addition,in 2021 published the "difference" zhejiang ocean economic development planning,and specifically,to create levels billions of binhai text brigade leisure industry cluster and billions of modern Marine fisheries cluster,the move also will bring more development opportunities for leisure fishery in zhejiang province,at the same time,the benign development of leisure fishery,in zhejiang province will vigorously promote a powerful province of Marine construction.Firstly,this paper defines the concept of leisure fishery and leisure agriculture,and determines the theoretical basis of the paper,but also the development of leisure fishery in Zhejiang Province is studied.Secondly,this paper uses grey correlation analysis to study the correlation between leisure fishery and related industries in Zhejiang Province.On this basis,the problems existing in the development of recreational fishery in Zhejiang province are further analyzed,and the main problems are as follows:first,the structure of aquaculture is not reasonable,and the technical methods are not scientific;Secondly,the recreational fishery fund is insufficient and the financing channel is single.Thirdly,the quality of recreational fishery service is poor and the supporting facilities are lacking.Fourth,the cultural characteristics are not obvious,serious homogenization of entertainment projects;Fifth,the information management system is not perfect,the computer application level is low,in view of the above five problems were analyzed respectively.Thirdly,since the development of recreational fishery in Zhejiang province is not very mature in all aspects,this paper analyzes the development experience of recreational fishery developed countries and regions such as the United States,Australia,Japan and China’s Taiwan,Shandong and Guangdong,and obtains the following four enlightenments: first,improve laws and regulations and quantify relevant indicators;Second,improve service quality and strengthen publicity;Third,improve the management system,strengthen the industry management;Fourth,the construction of characteristic brands,prominent regional characteristics.Therefore,zhejiang province recreational fishery industry in the development process,can learn from the above experience.Finally,in view of the above mentioned problems,combined with the actual development of recreational fisheries in Zhejiang Province,this paper puts forward the following countermeasures and suggestions: first,adjust the structure of aquaculture,use scientific breeding technology;Two is to increase the recreational fishery fund investment,widen the financing channel;Third,improve the quality of recreational fishery services and improve supporting facilities;Fourth,build excellent cultural brands and develop characteristic entertainment projects;Five is to establish the information management system,improve the computer application level,each of the countermeasures are respectively expanded to carry on the elaboration.
