Empirical Study On Financial Support Of Ecological Agriculture In Hunan Province

As a big agricultural province,Hunan province,in order to ensure the supply of agricultural products,the production process of excessive dependence on the use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides and energy resources,produce a series of pollution problems,is not conducive to the sustainable development of agriculture,in order to solve the contradiction between agricultural production and environmental resources,actively developing ecological agriculture in Hunan province and good results have been achieved,but there are many factors restricting the development of ecological agriculture,unreasonable financial support is one of the most critical factor.Therefore,only by studying the financial support of ecological agriculture and solving the problem of insufficient fund supply of ecological agriculture can the development of ecological agriculture be promoted and deepened.Based on this,this paper takes the financial support of ecological agriculture development in Hunan province as the research topic,aiming to provide targeted reference Suggestions for the sustainable development of ecological agriculture in Hunan province.This paper has read a large number of literatures and put forward the connotation of ecological agriculture and ecological agriculture financial support by comprehensively applying the theories of ecological economics,agroecology,rural finance and rural finance development mode.Based on visiting investigation and study,the paper analyzes the current situation of ecological agriculture development in hunan province,Four categories of indicators :economic benefit,social benefit,ecological benefit and food safety has been established and 20 secondary index evaluation index system,using nearly 12 years in hunan province(2006-2017),the relevant data,using factor analysis method to evaluate the ecological agriculture development level of hunan province.According to the fund data of ecological agriculture input in hunan province,the most representative credit input and financial input data are selected as independent variables,and the bidirectional relationship between financial support and the development level of ecological agriculture is obtained by using multiple linear regression method.The results show that the level of ecological agriculture in hunan province keeps increasing year by year.In 2017,it reached the stage of good ecological agriculture and achieved good results.Credit into the development of ecological agriculture has a very strong positive influence,financial input to the development of ecological agriculture has a weak negative effect,but credit lack of hunan province,seriously hampering the development of ecological agriculture of hunan province,the number of financial investment while steadily increasing,but lacks reasonable management,to ecological agriculture plays a good role in promoting.In order to achieve a good situation that financial support promotes the development of ecological agriculture and the development of ecological agriculture promotes the healthy development of finance,this paper puts forward practical and targeted Suggestions from two perspectives of government and financial institutions.
