| Traditional agriculture has problems such as serious environmental pollution,low utilization of land resources,weak ability to resist risks,and poor economic benefits.With the proposal of the rural revitalization strategy,local governments have continuously promoted the ecologicalization and modernization of agriculture with the help of the development of science and technology.In this process,new forms of ecological agriculture such as the rice fishing model and the mulberry fish pond model came into being.Nanxian rice and shrimp industry is a characteristic industry developed by Nanxian People’s Government of Yiyang City according to local conditions.The large-scale development of the industry must be inseparable from the provision of bank credit,insurance services,and supply chain capital guarantees by finance.Nanxian County,Yiyang City,Hunan Province has developed a rice-shrimp symbiotic breeding model for many years,and has formed a large-scale industry.Taking this as a research case,this paper analyzes in detail the policy conditions,industrial foundation,and credit environment for the development of rice and shrimp industry in Nanxian County through on-site investigations and discussions and multi-party data collection.” and “ Supply Chain Finance + Farmers ” three characteristic models,made a comprehensive analysis of the specific measures and effects of financial support for the development of rice and shrimp characteristic industries in Nanxian County.The case study shows that there are still many aspects that can be improved in the development of the rice and shrimp industry,such as insufficient supply of shrimp seed and seedlings,insufficient systematization of industrial services,single rice-fish farming model,single financing channel,and difficulty in obtaining financing.Based on the above analysis,this paper puts forward policy suggestions to increase the coverage of policies,increase the amount of subsidies,and pay attention to the publicity of industrial support policies to strengthen supporting services for the rice and shrimp industry. |
