| The implementation of the rural drinking water safety project is an important task in the construction of a new socialist countryside.It is of great significance to ensure the health and safety of the broad masses of farmers,improve the living environment in rural areas,and improve the quality of life in rural areas.At present,the rural drinking water conditions in Caobuhu Town of Yichang City have seriously restricted the social and economic development of the region,and it is imperative to carry out the construction of drinking water safety project.In this paper,the present situation and problems of drinking water in rural areas of Caobuhu Town in Yichang City are studied from the aspects of water source,water quality and water supply project operation and management,and the solutions are put forward.The present situation of drinking water in rural areas of Caobuhu Town of Yichang City has been investigated and its problems include:insufficient consideration of comprehensive planning and lagging construction,insufficient protection of water sources,inadequate water quality testing and unreasonable price leverage.The reasons for the problems are:insufficient legislation and content of drinking water safety,imperfect management and operation mechanism of rural drinking water safety project,imperfect supervision system of rural drinking water safety and insufficient financial support of rural drinking water safety project.The countermeasures of improving rural drinking water safety management in Caobuhu Town of Yichang City are put forward from the aspects of perfecting the legal system of rural drinking water safety,perfecting the management and maintenance mechanism of rural drinking water safety,strengthening the supervision of rural safe water use and establishing diversified investment channels of drinking water project.In order to further improve the efficiency of rural drinking water safety management in Caobuhu Town,Yichang City,to ensure the safety of drinking water for villagers,to solve the problem of "draught difficulty" and unsafe drinking water for villagers,to make the rural drinking water safety management in Caobuhu Town,Yichang City more efficient,accurate and integrated. |
